I really like the place, very clean and organized and well localized. It worth the penny. There is TV, good wifi connection and nice view through the window. The bed is pretty nice, not the best but good sleeping and there is Air conditioner which in hot day is very appreciated.

The people at the reception when I did check-in were not very kind, but they handled the keys and then I didn't have to talk again with them. The guy at my check out was more kind and helpful.

There is a kitchen in the studio but not even 1 kettle or pot. So if you actually want to use the kitchen you need to rent the supplies. I think it would be great to at least provide a kettle to boil water

The location is great! Super friendly staff, modern security system, and some good snacks and drinks options to purchase if you're hungry. The air conditioning was working well, and it was a life saver with the 30ºC temperature.

The cleaning product they used in the room had a strong smell (I got used to it after some minutes, but it's strong when I entered the room). One of the shampoo sachets was opened.

Bed in room 1005 was too "soft" meaning that mattress' coils were ruined. It sunk towards the middle of the bed and if someone moved the other felt it as if we were sleeping on jello.... We always stay at this apart hotel and like it, but this time the mattress situation made us like it less...

The appartment was super modern designed and they tried to use all of the space they have. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. Location was perfect - Just one street from Avenida Paulista. The room had an AC/Heater.

The building of the Appartment was still under construction and it seemed undone. There is a kitchen in the room but no utensils (literally one fork, one knife - no pots, no kettle, no plates). The staff didn‘t really give us instruction about how to enter the room, etc. I forgot something in the room and tried to get in contact with the staff in order to send it to Rio, but their answers were not helpful and it took them a long time to reply.

The hotel is just one minute walking to the beginning of Avenida paulista and is in general a safe area, has a lot of pubs and shops 24hr next to it, is an amazing option in São Paulo!! The bed is super comfortable.

Doesn’t offer food or drinks unless you are from Brazil as you need an automated app that is not available in foreigners App Store, but anyway the carrefour 24hr is around the corner so not a problem

Misinformation and miscommunication with the staff. I did the pre-check in 3 times, and it didn’t work in the end.. I had to complete again in the front desk. Also, I requested to do early checkin and it was confirmed.. when I arrived with my bags, I got the information that there was no room available. In the end, they find a room… but after to say “hi” twice on WhatsApp to prove that I had a history.

The location is very good, close to the subway and Av. Paulista. You can find a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars, everything you need around the hotel. The room was good, clean, and comfortable. The toilet flush in our room was not working, but the hotel was able to fix in a couple of hours.

Its location is great, very near some bustling areas of São Paulo such as Paulista Avenue and Augusta Avenue. Plus, the facilities were very clean and the staff very friendly.

The water pressure in my sink was too low. Moreover, the lockers were slightly hard to handle.

Really modern room with small kitchenette. Super shower and bed. Very clean and great wifi. 24hr reception staff very friendly and stored our bags for a few hours after checkout. Room is accessed via code which made it feel very safe. Some food and drink sold in vending machines in lobby. Walking distance to Avenida Paulista and loads of bars and restaurants. Great value for money too.

Can be a bit of a wait for the elevators as there are only two but very easy to use the stairs (as we should all try to anyway!)
