I arrived at the wrong location with five large pieces of luggage — including art pieces, work materials, and equipment — after a very difficult day, both physically and emotionally. At first, a kind Chilean lady at a nearby cookie shop helped me temporarily store my luggage. But it was when I met Junior that I truly felt taken care of. Even though I had no confirmed reservation, Junior listened to me with full attention, recognized I was overwhelmed, and went out of his way to help. He found the right room, made the booking for me himself, and more than that: he treated me with empathy and humanity. Mayara, who arrived a bit later, was also an angel. She handled the rest of the process with kindness, patience, and true care. Both of them helped me retrieve all my luggage and made sure I could finally rest in peace. The room itself was perfect — spacious, calm, with a great view, and beautifully arranged. The design and comfort were far beyond my expectations. For the first time in many days, I was able to breathe deeply and feel calm. Junior and Mayara are not just staff — they are people who understand the value of taking care of others. They turned a chaotic day into a peaceful and healing experience. As an architect and founder of SP62 Architecture, a company with 13 years of experience working with universities, institutes, and foundations in Brazil and abroad, I can honestly say: this was the best service I’ve received in São Paulo. Nothing. That’s a perfect layout for a big person like me.

Place is great. Staying in the studio, even being small, it had everything we needed, even iron and hair dryer what I never expected. The only difficult thing for me was the bed on top which the ladder was not easy to manage as I have some difficulties myself however, for you ger ppl it is fine.

The location and its facilities are perfect. Close to everything and the Avenida Paulista, which you find everything.

I found those idea of bunkbed with ladder very dangerous. I almost fell twice, cause it’s too high.

Everything worked perfectly, from self check/in to wireless and they also have a daily security man who stands the whole night outside in front of the main door. Not to mention the location is also amazing, you e got everything nearby reachable on foot.
