Clean, with plenty of cleaning material if you need. The washer and dryer did not work. I would have appreciated them, but did not expect to have them. Not a big deal. The bed and furniture is comfortable. The location is great...very close to Ave Paulista and trains.

The ladder up to the bed is a bit uncomfortable to use. Relatively easy to find and access, with helpful staff. The kitchenette is nice and has enough things. It was good weather, but it would be a hard space to heat or cool if the weather was bad. A/C not great. The door key pad is not great...not very responsive touch and a long code, so you can get it wrong, but it did work.

It was an overall good stay. It's a bit unusual as there was no actual reception or someone to greet you, after all its not a hotel but more of a residential building with a few owners renting their places out. They leave the key by the entrance within a locked fob, that worked well. The room itself was nice and with good usage of the space, there was a mezzanine where the bed is located, It was comfortable enough, very clean and the internet worked well. I asked for a late check out as an exception and the lady was kind enough to provide me with further two hours free of charge; The proximity to Avenida Paulista and and all amenities of the area, make this place a great option for a solo traveler looking for privacy, comfort and good value for money.

The mezzanine can be a bit challenging for some. it's a bit high and require extra care when getting up or down the ladder, the ceiling is very close to the bed, and when raining it gets loud, or easily too hot. I could also hear all the people next door, moving around, speaking etc, definitely not a quiet and calm area, that bothered me at times. The street outside is loud too. The little sofa in the sitting area is perhaps the most uncomfortable one I have ever sat on.

- laundry was very accessible - gym requires extra charge but was amazing, comprehensive - location was perfect - shampoo and soap bar were good

- i would recommend people to stay here but maybe not the room with a ladder - fridge didn't smell too good

The location and the staffs working in the Building.

I didn’t like the structure of the bedroom cause it was not as it was described in the website. The floor was damaged and with some cracked.

The location was amazing and the room bigger than I expected. The appliances were good (a full sized fridge, sink, good bathroom, etc). The view was also a plus and the bed very comfortable.

This is a more flat type of accommodation, therefore the entrance is a little harder to find compared to a normal hotel. Plus, the elevador does not reach the last floor of the building, which is precisely where the accommodation is located, therefore it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs with can be an inconvenience when carrying luggage and a problem when you have low mobility.

The bed was really comfortable, and the facilities were simple and clean. Good location and good communication with the managers.

Took a while for us to gain access to the apartment. While we had no issues with getting in and out of the (very comfortable) bed, it is not for everyone to climb the ladder to it. I would also recommend some soft padding on the ceiling to prevent injuries.
