Comfortable room, great shower, and breakfast food was very good being not huge but nicely chosen with fresh juices and nice coffee. Great staff, friendly and good communication.

All was great, but as improvement could offer water bottles instead of charging for every single one. Elevators could be replaced with modern ones and more spacious. Roof top could be renovated to have a bar or restaurant to take advantage of the great view up there.

The staff were exceptional the entire time I stayed… I did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that… the rooms are very large with a desk for working, a separate area for dressing and storage of luggage.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the pool and consequently that was unavailable however negotiation with the management provided breakfast in compensation, not however take this offer up but it was available to me. All in all, I’m very happy with the way they handled this. I would recommend that they upgrade the towels, but that would be my only thing I would change .

Great location with a friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and other attractions were close by. We needed to shift our dates a little last minute and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

We would have liked to use the safe, but it never worked for us. This did not end up being an issue as all of our stuff was safe the whole time.

Great centrally located Aparthotel. Decent breakfast and good staffs. Many good restaurants nearby, and stone throw away from Avenida Paulista

Facility does show its age. The gym is tiny

They had a fridge, microwave and Kettle which I thought was great to facilitate if you didn’t want to head out in restaurants all the time, rooms were very spacious comfortable and location was perfect

Nothing, hotel met my expectations

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the subway. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The free walking tour meeting point next to the subway station.

location. safety. staff were accommodating. though room i got was in the first floor, it had a balcony.

no air-conditioner in the sitting/kitchen area but there was a small fan provided. the room was cool so no need for it. however it could get hot during summer i guess. Only one elevator was working, took time to go down. we used the stairs (service area) as we stayed on the first floor only. But i couldn't imagine if you stayed on the higher floors.

Clean, functioning, and safe reasonably priced hotel in a fantastic location, near incredible restaurants, the museum, shopping, subway stops, and Paulista Avenue. The rooms are large. The breakfast is good. You can pay more for a luxury hotel, but will not get a better location. Three of the best luxury hotels are within a couple of blocks.

Very nice hotel, I liked the room with balcony, fitness area, rooftop and good breakfast.

Elevator is a bit slow considering that the building have 20 floors
