Comfortable room, great shower, and breakfast food was very good being not huge but nicely chosen with fresh juices and nice coffee. Great staff, friendly and good communication.

All was great, but as improvement could offer water bottles instead of charging for every single one. Elevators could be replaced with modern ones and more spacious. Roof top could be renovated to have a bar or restaurant to take advantage of the great view up there.

The staff were exceptional the entire time I stayed… I did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that… the rooms are very large with a desk for working, a separate area for dressing and storage of luggage.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the pool and consequently that was unavailable however negotiation with the management provided breakfast in compensation, not however take this offer up but it was available to me. All in all, I’m very happy with the way they handled this. I would recommend that they upgrade the towels, but that would be my only thing I would change .

Comfortable hotel in a good, safe location.

Gym was a bit neglected and under equipped (static bike didn't work). Bathroom was a bit tired although very clean, but there was a programme of bathroom renovations going on while I was there.

Good and safe location in the city centre. Close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Expansive views of São Paulo's skyscrapers from the upper floors. Very friendly reception and restaurant staff.

Great centrally located Aparthotel. Decent breakfast and good staffs. Many good restaurants nearby, and stone throw away from Avenida Paulista

Great location with a friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and other attractions were close by. We needed to shift our dates a little last minute and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

We would have liked to use the safe, but it never worked for us. This did not end up being an issue as all of our stuff was safe the whole time.

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the subway. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The free walking tour meeting point next to the subway station.

They had a fridge, microwave and Kettle which I thought was great to facilitate if you didn’t want to head out in restaurants all the time, rooms were very spacious comfortable and location was perfect

The location was great! The room was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was old and definitely needed some updates.
