I had an amazing stay at H4 Fortune Jardins! I chose this place because I’m familiar with the Paulista area and love how convenient it is to get around São Paulo from here. The metro station (Consolação) is just a short walk away, and surrounded by my fave stores like Miniso, Daiso, and Empório Daruma — plus one of the best bakeries in São Paulo, Bella Paulista. The 24-hour reception was a key factor in my decision, as I attended a concert at Vibra São Paulo and I’d be returning late from there. Check-in was quick, and the apartment was spacious. The TV stand has wheels, so you can adjust the screen for the living room or the bedroom, and a sliding door allows you to change the layout by separating the bedroom from the living space. The balcony view was stunning, overlooking the tree-lined streets and high-rise buildings, and at night, I could even see a big digital clock displaying the time and temperature. The kitchen had basic utensils, but I was informed that I could request cookware if needed. The 24-hour gym was a huge plus, and I also appreciated the self-service market. Super convenient! Also, having power outlets on both sides of the bed and a spacious closet was a nice touch. Internet speed was reliable, and despite staying near the elevator, I wasn’t disturbed. Even though it was close to a busy street, the high floor kept the noise minimal, and I had no issues working during the day or sleeping at night. Honestly, I already miss São Paulo! I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay near Paulista or needs easy access to different parts of the city. :)

The minibar was completely stocked with items for purchase. Since the hotel already has a self-service market, it would be great if the minibar were left empty for guests who prefer to cook during their stay. A normal fridge would be more practical. Additionally, a microwave or oven would be a great addition. Some of the items sold at the market are frozen, so an oven would make it easier to prepare them, and a microwave would be useful for reheating meals. These are small details, but they would enhance the experience for longer stays.

This was my second time staying at H4 Fortune Jardins in the same year, and it remains one of the best options if you want to stay close to Avenida Paulista. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Consolação metro, surrounded by shops, and restaurants. The 24-hour gym is a huge plus, as well as the 24-hour reception which is always welcome, especially for late returns, since I went to another event at Vibra São Paulo. Besides, the staff is friendly and polite. :) Compared to my first visit (when I stayed on the 14th floor), I booked a simpler, more budget-friendly flat on the 1st floor. While the room view faced the back of the building, it was still comfortable, and convenient for a short stay.

The flat on the 1st floor was more basic compared to my previous stay on a higher floor. The minibar was fully stocked with items for purchase. For guests who prefer to prepare simple meals, it would be great to have an empty fridge or a small microwave available for reheating food.

Cleanliness spacious quiet location was expecting breakfast but hotel claims I had booked without including it when I clicked on Booking's site it stated it was included. I got over it but they claim it was a Booking.com glitch. Can you resolve this for me?

The bedroom was small compare with the living room not mucha space for organized clothes and bagagge, and they have a kitchen but they don’t have pots or pans

The location is excellent, quiet and safe area with lots to do at walking distance. Staff delivered great customer services. Rooms are spacious and we could check in early with no extra charge. Breakfast was OK but it could be better is they upgrade the appliances.

Rooms a bit dated. Our twin room had a bed blocking the wardrobes so we could not use them. Just a layout issue but nothing major. Toilet douche would leak everywhere when turned on.

Helpful and friendly staff. Secure luggage storage before and after check-in/out. Very good location. Great view from the balcony.

Some street noise even on the 10th floor. But it's centrally located.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, they were super accommodating with my check in and check out times, as well as with resolving any questions I had. The room was very clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel is excellent!

There was a balcony but access was not permitted..needs some kind of renovation for example doors a d some furniture.
