The location 5 min walk of Avenida Paulista the best and safest place for tourists. The room was large with a small kitchinette

One of the glass window nesr the bed was broken, and it was closed instead by a rolling shutter, we can hear the voices on the street and the cars passing. The young receptionist was very rude when checking-in, insisting that he dont speak english many times in a rude way

Excellent location , excellent staff at front desk . Great housekeeping . Very nice buffet breakfast . I had an issue with renovation noise coming from an adjacent suite . The front desk then kindly upgraded me to another suite , with a balcony !

The building feels dated , as do the suites . However they are very spacious and ideal for longer stays . I had ongoing internet connection issues . Losing connection while on zoom calls , or even watching streaming services on TV . Just annoying .

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close or easy to access the important points of the city. The confort and cleanness of the room are excellent.

I did not have any problem with my late check-in , around 1AM, however I would expect a little bit more help from the staff with my bags. I was alone, carrying two heavy bags and I expected someone to carry one them from the main entrance to the reception desk and then from the reception desk to the lifts. The maintenance of the rooms could also be improved. The was a lamp missing in the bedroom. Not a big problem, but it should not happen. I don't like the fact that currently the hotel has only an extremely expensive restaurant in the premises forcing the guest that is not willing to be exploited to look for a place to eat outside the hotel which may be a little dangerous depending on the time of the day.

I loved the classic style of the rooms, how spacious it was. The breakfast was excellent with many options. And the location is perfect - right near Paulista. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

One light in my room didn't work, but it wasn't crucial. Everything else worked perfectly. I personally liked the style of the rooms, but I could see some people feeling it isn't as modern as they would like. There was chipped paint here and there, which I found super charming but some might be bothered by.

Clean, spacious and comfortable appartements. Best location, in a quiet street just a couple minutes walk from Avenida Paulista. Helpful staff, that was willing to speak either Spanish or English, which was a big plus for me because I can’t speak Portuguese…. Amazing gym and delicious breakfast.

The bedroom window of apartment 417 needs to be replaced.

The room we received has a very old furniture and the air conditioning worked intermittently. At least our room needs significant reconditioning. The afternoon staff does not speak English.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe in the area walking home frome dinner at 20h or 21 h.

The air conditioner in our room, 147, the air conditioner was right beside the window next to the bed. It was very loud at night. The bed was a bit hard.

Overall a really great stay in São Paulo. This place is in an excellent location close to Avenida Paulista to and the shopping district. The room was really large and more like a suite. And breakfast was excellent every morning. Nice selection of breakfast items, great hot options, and excellent fruit selection

The staff were extremely friendly / helpful and the location couldn't have been better.

There was a coffee machine in the room but no cups to drink it from, not a major issue but just another trip down to reception. I had problems with logging on to the internet every day but luckily the gentleman on reception was very helpful. I think it was to do with the Apple Security settings on my phone.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, close to everything. The breakfast buffet was delicious (you can order freshly made omelettes and tapiocas).

The hotel is in an older building that needs updates. The room also needs some renovation. the furniture is worn out. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul (the sink in my room (151) was cracked and it was also leaking; the tiles have seen better days).
