Breakfast was very good. Reception people friendly as well as the staff in general.

Room´s DOORS ARE VERY POOR QUALITY. You can basically hear even the corridor´s light switching on and off, not to mention the the huge amount of light coming through. So BRING YOUR EAR PLUGS and EYES MASK to sleep well. Its also totally worthless to upgrade to premiun, as the bathdroom is way smaller than the standard room.

Excellent location near Rua Augusta - surrounded by little bars and restaurants! The hotel is charmingly decorated and the staff are very receptive. The room was spacious and organized and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

There was some construction going on right below our room so we were woke up a little earlier than expected by hammering and sawing. The room on the 15th floor was pretty humid - so it was hard to get the temperature right on the AC. It was either freezing or warm and humid, but that may just be on the top floor.

Almost everything perfect. Staff is amazing, breakfast is great and a lot to choose from. Roomz are super clean and bed are comfortable. Close to everything but just far out not to be disturbed

In front of the hotel there are some iron plates as it seems on the road. Not every car drives over it but some do, there is traffic 24/7. Unfortunately the windows are not sound proof. So there is a tic-tac sound at least every 3 minutes orso, luckily not constant, but hard enough that you can hear it in the room. So if you are a light sleeper this can be annoying

The Staff are extreamly kind and helpfull! The hotel is very clean. They are indeed very pet-friendly and they have even a rescue dog at heir reception. The hotel has a very good atmosphere! A really nice frangrance at the reception welcomes you.

The breakfast wasn't up to the standards, the items are quite basic and tasteless. I couldn't have any online meetings at the hotel as the internet wasn't working properly for the 4 days we were there, I had to cancel all my video conferences as it kept freezing all the time.

The room was pretty basic, with with white IKEA furniture (happily not beds though! :)) ) and as we were close to the huge Avenida Paulista we had - from the 8th floor - a Panama City the sight of the neighborhood (see added photo) We were happy with the breakfast and the breakfast dinning room. We had no time to use the pool but I do remember it was a rather tiny one.

My Brazilian Portuguese is close to none :)) so I would have welcomed a better English reception staff. But we did manage very well eventually.

The morning buffet was very nice, the room was clean and the indoor pool was cozy.

The sauna was incredibly cold. After asking the staff for help with turning on the sauna, they said the maximum temperature it could go was 60 degrees. However, the sauna would seem to turn off as soon as it reached 60 degrees and it would stay lukewarm.

The property is in a good location next to a strip of restaurants and bars where there is a nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful but did not speak English very well, so communication was a bit limited. The rooms were a decent size. The breakfast spread was quite nice with some variety, but it seemed more continental rather than a traditional cooked breakfast.

The room furniture and decor is a bit cheap and dated. The shower water pressure could be better and the beds were quite hard.

I liked the quality of furnishings in the room, the TV was very easy to use and had loads of channel options. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of storage space too. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of different options and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a great central location but is very quiet and safe, even at night.

The pool was constantly under maintenance during my stay so I could never use it. The gym is very small so I didn't use it, I went to the Smartfit around the corner from the hotel. The elevators were very slow, sometimes I was waiting more than 5 minutes to get from my floor to the first floor for breakfast.

Special welcome. The room assigned to me had some maintenance problems and once I notified the receptionist she immediately provided me with an upgrade. A very spacious and comfortable room. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in (and I travel a lot!). A bathtub to dream with. I would like to pay special tribute to Kelly, and to Ricardo, her assistant in the lobby, very helpful and kind. The breakfast was outstanding. Furthermore, very good value for money and in a great location, 5 minutes away from Avenida Paulista - yet quiet and relaxing. Ten out of ten.

Nothing, my stay was perfect. (I stayed in room 1001, highly recommend it)

We liked very much the friendly and helpful staff at the reception, at the restaurant and in general. Everybody was smiley and very helpful. We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast that changed daily. Fresh fruit and juices, lots of options in bread and cakes, cereals, yogurts, hot drinks etc The location for our specific purpose of visiting Sao Paulo was excellent. The room size was good for 2 people and the water pressure at the shower was excellent considering we were in floor 7th. Quality of the toiletries offered were good and made in Brazil!! not chinese garbage like in other hotel chains. Full mini bar with water, juices and drinks plus snacks of good quality. A/C, internet and cable working in perfect conditions. Comfortable beds and pillows. Near by the hotel like 10 min walk there were 2 metro stops ( yellow and green) and hospitals. There was also near by 3 supermarkets and the Frei Caneca Mall. We would definitely stay there again if we need to be in that district.

We didn't like the view because our window was in front of an apartment building and we could not have the curtain open without feeling we were observed by the neighbors. Very easy to hear all the noise from the hallway ( I guess it had to do with the door not being sound proof) the walls were ok though.
