This hotel is in the perfect location for those looking to do some touristic stuff around Sao Paulo. It is in walking distance from Av Paulista, city center and many other spots, as well as being very close to metro stations in different lines. The rooms are very big and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is varied and the pool gets sun all day. Despite being an old building it is well kept and very clean.

The only down side for me was the wifi that was very glitchy and would crash a few times if you're in a meeting or watching videos. It does not work properly by the pool either.

It was a fantastic experience and hospitality.All the staffs were nice and very helpful, because I really don’t know Portuguese but they really helped me even with my language barrier.

It would be great to modernize the bathroom to align with the overall contemporary look and feel of the building.

Breakfast was great as was the location. We were able to walk to most places of interest in downtown Sao Paulo area and caught a taxi to further away locations. The room was comfortable and roomy and the staff very friendly.

The wifi was very spotty...good at times and not useable at other times. Otherwise everything else about the property was great.

the location is the best about the hotel, it is safe and in busy area but be aware that it is a bit noisy as it is in the middle of a busy street. staff was helpful.

if you travel in cold days, note that there is no heater and it was a bit cold. the bathroom and general state is old looking but as most of the hotels at that price in Brazil.

Beds were not comfortable and restaurant had the same food all days and it wasn’t freshly made, most things seemed from the day before or so.
