The hotel was pretty close to the event I was attending. Very easy to get to and from the Frei Caneca convention centre. Comfortable bed, nice shower, great reception staff, always eager to help.

The hotel is okay. I was initially taken aback as the hotel is in a night clubbing area and there were many ‘street workers’ in the surroundings, dressed in an undressed kind of way. A bit of a shock for my elderly mother. Negative for some, positive for others!

- I had a very nice stay at this hotel! I was on the first floor and barely heard any noise from the nearby bars and busy nightlife. - The staff was friendly, and the breakfast (cafe da manhã) was amazing! - Very clean space with no unexpected surprises or unwanted insects in my room, as I had seen in some reviews. I visited end of summer, during the month of February.

- If this is your first time coming to São Paulo, it is not the nicest-looking block on Augusta street, but you are really close to Avenida Paulista and to 2 metro stations, so the location was still very convenient for the price.

Great location as we didnt mind the noise of the night being at the rear of hotel. Easy walking distance to good reasonable restaurants, shopping, and transport. The night receptionist was exceptional in helping us with language, directions, recommendations (always good) and thoughtful. Hotel itself clean, comfortable and good bfasts - area not everyone's cup of tea.

The rooms are not very well sound proofed but other than that nothing of consequence.

Staff are open and nice. Breakfast is simple but super good and tasty. Location is perfect, very close to Paulista Av., metro station, grocery shops and restaurants.

Noisy, you can hear everything from other rooms and from street.

The apartment was roomy and confortável. Perfect size for a single traveler or a couple. Ideally situated on Rua Augusta with many places for drinking and dining nearby. Walking distance to Av Paulista and metro station Consolacao.

No complaints. Good value for the price

Great value for the money. It Is old but well kept… good breakfast, location etc. The main thing is the excellent price point x what you get

The breakfast is not very diverse. Excellent location. Good facilities and overall cleanliness.

The free Wi-Fi didn’t work all the time.

The hotel is located on a street full of bars and night clubs. Noise was loud for long hours during night (weekend) and the room had no sound insulation.

Good location for our needs, good rate cost/benefit, good attention from the staff, they are willing to help

Check the availability of the parking in place. Even though it is marked as available at the hotel announcement, there are not much space, so most likely it will be full once you arrive without previous booking the spot. As happened to us. However the staff was helpful to book for the next day at least.

The location, The Breakfast , Comfortable room (403 ), The A/C was really good. The staff were nice.

1- The internet almost didn't work and when worked was very weak . 2 - no items sugar free or diet in the frigobar , and very little option for diabetics at Breakfast.
