Smart Charlie is very pleasant place to stay , it was nice and charming room with all facilities that I need. Good location, very clean and modern room. I receive good feelings after spender time there. I would recommend to stay in Smart Charlie

I did not like my accommodation in first day ( was little inconvenient, so please be ready), or try to check in before arriving to property. Communication with hotel through WhatsAp bot is on Portuguese, be ready for this also. And slow Wi-Fi that doesn’t work stable. And also clean tax ( it’s takes every time you reserve room, so if you want to stay few more days you will be taxed again :( )

The check in was quick and easy. I liked the location and the cleanliness of the place. It was a really pleasant stay and I'd stay there again if in Sao Paulo. My friends stayed in an apartment across from me and they were permitted to visit so that was appreciated.

I would have appreciated more towels or at least fresh towels every other day.

The room was small but confortable. I liked the fact that there was a Nespresso Machine. The staff were very nice and open to help. It is somewhat close to the subway station Mackenzie/higienopolis.

They could have a selling machine with beverages and snacks. Also think it is important to create an entrance to the building. It is very hidden. The staff from the building told me it has just been open to the public and they are working on that matter.

The location is great, near to many places like banks, supermarkets, parks, bars, restaurants.. The apartment was very clean and the Wi-Fi was working well

Amazing space, comfortable bed and room.

The WiFi didn't work as expected as it was unstable. All drivers strongly advised me to take care especially in the street in front of the hosting space.

The WhatsApp help person was so patient helping me use the stove! Also the air conditioning was a pleasant surprise!

The neighborhood felt a little unsafe at night, but the location was good for other reasons, near metro and more.
