The suit is cozy, has mini cooking area, the bed is comfortable and safety is good

The door to the balcony has glass door, which makes people from neighboring buildings to see the guest, which means if the guest is naked, he or she might be seeing by people from other buildings around. They should either put something on that glass door to protect the guest from being seeing from the buildings around the place.

Location was good, near the subway (Anhanguera was closest and felt safest, then Republica). Room was nicely set up, bathroom was clean. Shower was excellent. Kitchen was well-equipped. Getting in and out was easy as well.

Wi-fi was unavailable, but host gave me a 10% refund to counter that. In all fairness, I didn't authorize someone to go in the apartment while I wasn't there.

There was no breakfast and the location was accessible. There was good value for money compared to the expensive hotel opposite that had similar amenities.

Gaining access to the room was a big issue because you had to key in the number so many times before the door could open

The cookers didn’t work in our room and the lifts took forever. Also as it’s not a hotel the towels and sheets don’t get changed
