I absolutely adored the whole experience! As a solo travelling woman, I could not be made feel more secure and cared about. This is the exact same hospitality we show back home in Türkiye! I want to especially thank Camila and Eric (as well as every other single lobby personnel) for being so awesome and the perfect gentlemen in charge of security. They made me feel like a rock star with an army of highly empathetic bodyguards. 😎The breakfast is definitely one for champions. 🏆🚴‍♀️Room service is timely and delightful. We liked breakfast, our rooms were spacious and wheelchair accessible. We asked for normal height beds and got them. The stuff was friendly, we didn't wait long at the reception desk. It was great to have a garage for a reasonable price in the center of Sao Paulo. The members of the stuff park the car, you just give them the key.

Elevators can be used with room cards but the system is very ''sensitive''. In my room, hand shower didn't work. We asked for maintenance but after that the water got from both overhead and hand shower. After that we didn't complain about that anymore. The hotel is big, the lobby has some elegance but rooms are not on the same level - at least not all rooms. However, it is still a decent hotel.

I stayed there the night before my wedding. Initially I was a little frustrated because the a/c in my room didn't work, but the staff went above and beyond, offering me a different room if I wanted as well as giving me access to the rooftop for pictures as well as the bar area.

Other than the a/c not working in the room that I chose, specifically for that view, there is nothing that I 'didn't like'. The breakfast was fine and the place has a nice classic feel with great art and lots of historically famous people who have stayed there.

The Little Italy areas just a couple blocks to the west was very cute. There is a cafe out the back just across the street that was very pleasant, good food, great coffee, and nice people working. The reception area was very nice and the hotel was up-to-date in furnishings. The price was great.

The neighborhood was not the best if you went to the north a few streets. The shower was good enough, but one of the 5 mornings it did not get as hot as I would like. The elevators were full and difficult to get on during the morning. I got in trouble when I decided to take the stairs since I could not get on an elevator. No real accessible to public transportation and the closest station seemed a bit dangerous.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The reception staff are very nice, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast served here is excellent with lots of choice and a chef on site who will make you a fresh tropical omelette in full view. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sao Paulo. Excellent place to stay and I will certainly be going back.

The shower has to be turned on for almost 10 minutes for the water to heat up, this made me very uncomfortable due to the waste of water. In addition, adjusting the water temperature is very difficult and that's why sometimes I showered in cold or super hot water so I didn't have to wait any longer. The elevator access card frequently stopped working and I had to go to reception to readjust it and use it again.

Location is good, the amazing is the range of good restaurant around.... we tried the "Casa da Familia Mancini restaurant", "Casa de Porco restaurant" and others; It was also a good experience walking from the hotel to the Avenida Paulista. we arrived earlier around 4AM and the hotel was able to arrange the check-in earlier as of 9AM.

Internet experience was not that good. lots of drops and mostly Hotel does not have a Guest Internet hotspot for visitors not yet registered. for you to have access you need to be checked in. We arrived earlier and stayed at the lobby with no internet connection during the waiting time and it was tedious. the hotel needs to review that rule. kids riding bicycles around the city with the main objective of stealing cellphones, so if you travel to Sao Paulo make sure you don't use the cell phone any place, keep it in a secure place and use it when you need avoid carrying it in the hand just like you are in Paris or Lisbon

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight Mr Guilherme for his detail-oriented attitude and caring for client : I arrived at the reception on 29 March 2023 at 13h00 and the first staff told me that no room was available and I had to wait for around 40 minutes which was fine for me. After 20 minutes wait, Guilherme approached me and asked me if I wanted to check-in. I told him what his colleague told me and he said he could check immediately to let me check in earlier. What's more, he reminded me not using mobile phone out of the hotel for security reasons which I appreciated a lot because not every tourist is aware of potential risks when traveling in Brazil. On top of that, on 1 April 2023 around 17h00, I came to the hotel to take my luggage and I didn't see the sign "Please be aware that you are in the public area " just outside of the hotel and the young guard (I didn't see his name on his name tag) reminded me of taking cautions when I get out the hotel. Honestly, the surroundings of the hotel are not safe but I feel safe thanks to the recommendations of your two staff, I believe this is not occasional and this may root in every Novotel staff's mind and spirit. I am sure if I come to Sao Paulo next time, I will definitely stay in this Novotel

we really liked the place. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. The staff is very attentive, and very good at giving directions and making you feel like home. Guilherme was particularly pleasant with us and his math drawing skills are really on par. We really enjoyed the size of the room even though the view from our 24th floor room wasn’t particularly pleasing. Nevertheless, everything else was perfect. 

We did run out of hot water on our last night staying there. That was at peak time in the morning so I assume it might have been a one off. 

Good hotel. Easy walk from the Metro. Room was good, although the aircon was noisy. Restaurant in the hotel has an excellent buffet bar for evening meals. Staff were very friendly

Hotel bar was a bit soleless based in a corridor area with basic table and chairs. Hotel lifts are quirky. As an international traveller would have hoped for some English channels on the TV, other than CNN.
