Room was very spacious and clean. Internet was excellent. A number of TV channels in English were available. Area was good to get to local attraction. Staff were generally quite helpful. Breakfast was very good, and nice that they cook your eggs to your liking. I’d stay here again if staying in São Paulo.

I would only be nit-picking, as everything was fine. Found it a little odd an air conditioner only located in bedroom, not lounge as well. Took a long time for lounge to cool down, but bedroom was great to sleep in in the hot weather.

Good neighbourhood by local standards, somewhat loud in the evenings but fine during the night. Breakfast was in a café 50m away, but excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient.

This is really is a serviced apartment block with a reception, so don't expect the bustle of a real hotel. The building is at least 30 years old - but overall well maintained.

Gym was limited..one treadmill Struggled with the in room coffee machine. No milk offered.

The hotel was extremely clean and centrally located. All the staff were very friendly and gave us a guide as to where to go in the city. The morning breakfast had a good variety and was extremely filling.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Location was amazing with many amenities and great restaurants. Neighbourhood felt very safe and modern. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchen and ample living room.

Toilet didn't really flush well. Room could use more dustbins

- very good location - big rooms, salons, bathroom - well working air-condition - supermarket and bakery etc. just next to the hotel - friendly stuff

- pool water not very clean - floor of rooms not well vacuumed - road works all day long (which is not all time so it’s fine)

Very well located in one of the safest zones of the city with a lot of options to eat and have a drink close by

Price for the first night was much higher than the price for the second night.

The location is perfect and the staff is great! Maria was incredibly nice to us! The flat is spacious and everything works well.
