First and foremost - The staff was amazing. Samantha at the front desk and Victor at breakfast service further stood out as knowledgeable, nice, fast - in sum, they stopped at nothing to make sure we were well taken care of, every single day of our stay. Both are superstars that truly get the meaning of hospitality. We travel quite a lot and can’t remember another time when we found anyone else like them. The new updated luxury rooms are great for the price. They are well appointed, clean and maintained. Location is perfect.

The gym and pool area need some updating. Room access cards demagnetize quite easily and we had to stop at the front desk a couple of times to get them reprogrammed. Windows aren’t soundproof, and a couple of nights we had music/chater coming in from the bar across the street.

The place is great and also at a great location. The staff was amazing. My first impressions was a warm welcome from Gabriella who is one of the reception staff. The staff went all the way out to assist me when I had an incident in the city, when I got back to the hotel the staff helped me to get in contact with the local police to report the incident. I was even helped to do my flight check in a night before my early morning flight. Thank you to all the team for the effort in assisting me and made me feel better after a traumatic experience in the city.

The rooftop pool and the chef at breakfast with fresh crepes/omelette etc was exceptional. Reception team were fabulous

The decor in the rooms was very dated and in poor condition and compared to the entrance and dining areas felt tired. The rooftop pool was great but a bit neglected with cracked tiles and grass growing between the tiles but a fab thing to have available.

Very clean and I asked for a renovated room which was phenomenal.

Breakfast is average in terms of variety, coffee is terrible! The AC unit could have been renovated with the room as it is very noisy. Same with the windows, it’s right in the middle of air traffic to Congonhas Airport so you need to improve the thickness of the windows as you can also hear noise from condos around it.

The staff are all excellent and go above and beyond. Without them, this place would not be worth a stay. The location is very good too.

The breakfast is of terrible quality and often the scrambled eggs have been left out a while and are cold. The gym looks like it’s been through a war zone. The towels are often not replaced and housekeeping don’t do the best job at cleaning.

it’s an old building, the wallpaper is terrifying, both dirty and 80’s. compared to the cleanliness of the room, it doesnt add up! it’s close to an airport, and windows are not sound proof, 6am and noise non stop

The staff was really nice and helpful, most of all the girls at the front desk. Always willing to help and keen to find solutions. I really appreciated that even though I don’t speak Portuguese, they made an effort to speak en English and/or Spanish so we could understand each other. The hotel is very well located, I would say that it’s at one of the best zones in São Paulo and the cost is good. Overall it was a great stay.
