The space and the room facilities, small kitchen, small table to eat! Very pleasant.

The coffee machine on breakfast is really bad, every coffee tastes bad. The breakfast is nice, with tapioca - ordered a part - fruits, eggs etc. it deserves a better coffee machine with real coffee grains and real cappuccino.

I cannot complain, to be honest. Everything met my expectations. It has a good location and everything you need around.

Outdated bathroom, but working properly.

Breakfast is good. Eggs cooked to order. Accommodating staff. Plenty of bread and cake. Brand new refurbished breakfast area is first class.

I would like to request bacon and or smoked salmon to the buffet. Also Nespresso and steamed and frothed milk for the espresso would be nice.

Location is the best, very close to Pátio Victor Malzoni. The bedroom was clean and very quiet area at night to sleep.

The breakfast is on average, but not great. The scrambled eggs could be improved and better well done. To be honest is not hard to do it well. I had miss real fresh juice (orange) or other that is not a industrialized one. At first glance, it doesn't look like fresh . Other thing that I missed is the Espresso coffe.

Wonderful staff. I left valuable belongings in the hotel, by mistake. Gabriele Umbelina - Analista de Reservas, made an effort to contact me and returned the belongings intact. I appreciate it very much.

The location is great and personnel was friendly and helpful.

The chairs in the room could be more comfortable.

The gym could've been better and the swimming pool was closed.
