The location is excellent. The building is great. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and more modern. I appreciated the details like the makeup mirror in the bathroom, the bathrobe, and the iron available in each room.

The air conditioning was not a split system, so I couldn't control the temperature as desired. The room service was expensive.

I was at 418 room and internet connection didn't work. The shower glass door didn’t close 100% It was cold during my stay and the air conditioning didn’t work to warm the room

Excellent localization, the front desk people, everybody were well trained, gave enough attention to me. Only the restaurant should have one (Menu) for guest, and other one for the outside visitors, because the price was a little bit high. As a guest, we like to take vantage comparing to non guest persons.

The location is good and all the staff are very nice and willing to help. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is also good just a little bit monotonous, they repeated everyday and not too much choice provided.

Excellent Breakfast. There are many options, and the staff is gentle and kind. I was recovering from an emergency surgery, and they treated me wonderfully. The localization is amazing, near shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom needs some improvement, it’s old comparing with the room. Didn’t like to pay for parking , I believe the hotel could offer this facility for the guests.

I'm usually a fan of Melia hotels. The property was beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the room was well appointed.

The elevator is sort of strange to use, not intuitive.

Room cleaning forgetting towels, toilet paper, phone did not work in room, Wifi did not work on the whole floor for a day, service at bf could be better
