We liked the service of the staff and the location of the hotel. Comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast options.

Swimming pool… We arrived just when the carnival season was finished and the swimming pool was extremely dirty. I did not want my children swimming in that pool, which was disappointing since one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool since it’s 34 degrees outside..

Excellent location in Moema. Lively neighborhood with metro station, restaurants, shopping mall and airport close by. Congonhas airport is easy to reach by taxi. The metro will take you all over the city.

The lobby is small so it easily gets crowded and you will have to wait for an elevator.

It was the perfect location; safe….close to subway and the mall. The restaurant at the hotel provided a generous buffet, and the staff was gracious and accommodating.

The only things about the property, that was a daily inconvenience, was that we kept having to rekey the key card. After 24hrs our key card would have to be reprogrammed.

Easy check in, personnel speak English and Spanish. Rooms are big, comfortable and very clean.

Restaurant below average, lunch buffet very limited, same as breakfast options.

The hotel is great. the location perfect. The bed is amazing. The staff is the best. Breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed a lot even though the weather was terrible. It is near a great shopping IBIRAPUERA and some blocks away from Ibirapuera park. I strongly recommend it

The elevators were very small and took us a long time to get in. On Friday night a terrible noise around 11pm didnt let us sleep. I called downstairs and they said they would send somebody. It stopped for a while but woke me up again at 2am

Rooms were comfy and clean. Excellent location. Breakfast full of options, staff super nice and polite.

Better towels would be nice. Sometimes we need something from the reception or kitchen and it took a bit longer than we expected.

The staff were very pleasant on arrival. The location was perfect with lots of places to eat and drink.

The free Wifi was terrible. I needed to stay in touch with my family and work, but found it very frustrating due to the lack of signal.

Very nice service, all personell very kind, great breakfast, great Fitness Center.

Unfortunately the sun roof in top of the building was closed (no sun at the Pool). WiFi Connection could bei improoved (too weak).

Staff was very friendly and help out with WiFi problem by moving me to another room

WiFi in my first room didn't work at all. Was moved into another where WiFi was moderately good.

Breakfast was good, not so nice but good

The walls were like dirty, the elevators always busy, they want me to transfer my reservation to another hotel
