Excelente Hotel

The location for me was excellent, the staff was nice and helpful, great breakfast variety. Room service or you can eat downstairs if you don't want to go out, and you can walk to a supermarket nearby if you need to buy something. I would stay there again if needed. Not luxurious, but served my purposes perfectly

The shower cabinet walls and floor are full of fungus. The bed matress is too old and not comfortable. I woke up everyday with pain in my back. The pillows, bed linen and towels are very old and yellowish - they do not look clean. They should be replaced by new ones. The internet connection from 6:00 pm till 2:00 am is very poor and most of the time did not work at all.

Breakfast was good but when eggs finished they weren't replaced.

We had 2 double rooms booked, one was smaller than the other and the larger room smelt stinky. Also we only had 1 small soap and 1 shampoo in each room for 2 people. Although when I asked at reception I was able to get more straight away.

Breakfast was okay and hotel was clean and organized.

Had a confirmation for a crib on my phone but hotel said they never get it and was not able to add one because the room ladies were all gone.

All good, but wifi very slow. Most of time, using my own 4G. And, it should be high priority nowsday.
