Great design, excellent facilities, phenomenal staff, especially Eduardo, Fran, Luis, Thomaz and the friendly employee, with ponytails, in the restaurant during breakfast. It was Easter and, when I arrived at my suite, I found a beautiful Easter egg with a personalized card, with my name written by hand! I had two problems - one, with a request to the kitchen through room service, and other, with parking, which is in partnership with the hotel -, but these were problems effectively alleviated by the reception, with Luis and Thomaz, and by the management assistants, with the platonism Fran and with Eduardo. In the city of Campinas, state of Sao Paulo, Brasil, it is the most expensive hotel, but, on the other hand, the best rated by Booking! The team deserves the excellent rating the hotel has on Booking.

Modern and clean rooms with a balcony and a view; bathroom with great shower; great location; the breakfast was the best among all hotels during my trip!

Some noisy ventilation during the night that could not be switched off (persistent even when turning off ventilator in bathroom and AC).

The breakfast and staff are amazing.

The WiFi never worked in our room and although I complained about it every day more than once a day, nothing was done. During my four days there I didn’t have internet in my room, only in the lobby and restaurant area. During my check out, I heard another guest complaining about the same thing. So it wasn’t a problem only in my room.

Very good breakfast with fresh fruit, several milk options etc. (buffet, but one omelette or tapioca is included). Nice pook & gym. The best was the location! Felt very safe and very close (5 min walk) to some great spots to eat (Argentinian empanadas!!), have a drink or the best ice cream we had in Brazil! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us check out an hour later so we could take a shower after an appointment before our flight!

The personal was very profesional and helpful in every moment. The breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant personal as indicated before.

I don’t like that still the ticket has not been sent to me per mail, very bad as I need that to close my expenses. I have sent two mails requesting the ticket but nothing.

Modern hotel with very nice staff. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was really nice.

The outdoor area did not match the pictures. There was just simple sunbeds and simple table and chairs on the outside. Not the big sunbeds as on the pictures. That was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Great location. Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast as always. Fast and good valet parking service.

Wifi in the room needs improvement. Stay here about once a year and wifi didn't improve in the last 3 years.

parking logistics is so slow... too long to get the car when is parked. Specially in the morging.

It was clean and the location was perfect and safe.
