Is very close to airport, the staff are very nice and helpful, room was very clean, breakfast was very tasty and diversified and I liked the attention to details such as the option to have a soft pillow and a harder pillow. Additionally, I liked that there is the possibility to have lunch/dinner as a buffet.

There was no shampoo, only the shampoo empty bottle. Maybe a shuttle service from the airport to be available in the evenings would be helpful, as taxi is expensive in the evening.

This Ramada appears to be relatively new - either that or it is very well maintained. My wife and I arrived at peak business time in the evening and were impressed with the flow of guests and the efficiency of check-in and check-out. We found our standard twin room to be immaculately clean and the beds comfortable. Although adjacent to a busy highway, the room was quiet, and we slept well. There was a desk, and the lighting in the room was excellent (not always the case in Brazilian hotels). The included buffet breakfast, although understandably oriented to Brazilian tastes, was extensive, with several hot items available. The hotel restaurant also serves other meals, but we did not have the occasion to experience them. The hotel is only ten minutes by taxi to the Viracopos airport, and taxis always appeared to be hovering at the entrance to the hotel. There is a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the city of Campinas - about twenty minutes by taxi from the hotel.

The hotel is of a modernistic, modular design - a bit "antiseptic" in our view - but not off-putting. The receptionists on duty tried valiantly to speak English, but we found it more convenient to conduct our business in basic Portuguese. Our standard twin room was adequate, but a bit cramped by US standards. There was space to open only one carry-on at a time (we resorted to spreading our bags on the beds). The bathroom with shower was spacious, and the water was hot. The hotel advised that the tap water was safely drinkable. Our recollection is that the only power outlets in the room were 220 volts. We noted that there were several cellphone power outlets.

Staff was very helpful: The AC was not working in our original room, we only noticed a few hours later when we were going to bed. I spoke with the hotel staff who immediately offered to put us in another room with working AC. They were quick to find us another room and give us a key. The food is really great! We had dinner and breakfast the next morning, everything was delicious!

The toilet in the rooms does not flush properly, they should look into getting newer/stronger toilets.

I stayed for 2 weeks, and the bed was not cleaned after a week so i removed the sheets myself. Also, the bathroom got new towels almost daily which is great, though, on the floor hairs etc were left after the room was cleaned multiple times.

The hotel is conveniently located at Santos Dumont road (SP-075) direction Campinas to Sorocaba. It is a very good choice if you are driving and need a base to spend a couple days in the region. The breakfast was very reasonable for this kind of hotel. There is a restaurant available in the hotel and others in a nearby mall.

Although it was not an issue for me (I had a car), the shuttle services between the airport and the hotel were suspended due to the pandemic. If you count on it, you better check before booking.

Close to airport. Hotel is clean and simple but perfect for a travel related stay.

There were no rooms with two double beds so we had to get two rooms for me, wife and daughter.

It’s simple but clean and well maintained. They have a buffet dinner and a 24-hour hub for snacks and beverages.

We asked for a room with a king bed and there wasn’t much space left, it was very tight. Also, they didn’t have room service.

front desk guy I met was really friendly, I arrived late night but he helped me with the available food at the restaurant and he warmed it up for me
