Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Location was good at walking distance from the national park , shops and restaurants.

Thin walls and noisy neighbours but reception asked people to be quiet on our behalf. Sauna could be hotter.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and amazing staff. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Teresopolis. The best of my stay were the breakfast , amazing food, fresh and delicious.

The hotel is great , the atmosphere which remind Switzerland .

Not actually the hotel to blame, but in the breakfast time other guests were very noisy around the room.

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel in the perfect area for hiking in the national park each day - just a 10 or 15min walk and you're wandering through the jungle! The rooms are very comfortable and have a pleasant view over the valley. Breakfast was delicious. And at first the staff seemed unhappy that my Portuguese wasn't great... but then they brought out a brilliant guy who was very happy to explain everything in English. Overall, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Teresopolis.

Big uphill walk to hotel. No elevator. Security safe didn’t work.

Lacks better facilities for drinks and food, especially in the evening.

The shower was amazing, and the breakfast was very good. The location was excellent, very close to many tourist points in the city.

We did not like the pool, it is small and close.
