The staff is excellent, we traveled with a baby and they went above and beyond to make sure we could access the kitchen at all times to feed, wash the water bottles and the had coffee ready at all times for the clients. Location is great, we didn’t use the pool which is located in the back of the parking lot but we certainly went to some of the beaches around the area. If you are traveling with your family and want a good value for money with very attentive staff this hotel is a good choice. Good breakfast as well.

The only detail which is really nobody’s fault is that the AC temperature display is very bright and can be a bit annoying when the lights are off but apart from that everything was great.

Central location not far from terminal rodoviaria and the beach. Large room corresponding to the description at Booking. All the facilities in the room were in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable bed and bedclothes.

The only negative point is the very noisy location at a crossroads which prevented us from sleeping and finally we changed to another hotel.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and making an effort to answer questions (even helping us with a parking query for Paraty, a nearby town). The hotel itself is lovely, very clean with really interesting decoration and character. The breakfast is also wonderful, they bring out a large selection of items to try, certainly more than we could finish! Would recommend 10/10!

Nothing, all great!

People that work there were super helpful, friendly and polite, everything was always clean and tidy. The hotel is really close to the center of Ubatuba, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

Lack of an afternoon coffee option, or some snacks. The hotel isn’t near the best beaches if you don’t have a car you’ll be missing that.

Perfect for my first visit to Brazil, my girlfriend is Brazilian and we are retired, so comfortable, clean accommodation with amazing staff was a pleasure. Definitely returning. Andrew

Having to leave..

It’s very quite, clean and exceptional service. The breakfast is amazing and fresh. People is so kindly. The hotel is just two blocks from the beach and 10 min walking from different restaurants and other services.

Great location! It was only 6 min from the bus stop, and less than a mike to the shops and restaurant area. Staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. We were served a HUGE breakfast.

a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Ubatuba, not far from the beach

not much. As with most places in Brazil outside the cities, they could make it easier for an English- speaking person to check in and get relevant information

Room with balcony was very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and sufficient. In addition there is a pool and many seating options on the terrace. Promenade and shopping facilities only a few meters away.

The location is very good. The hotel environment and facilities are nice as well. What the most important thing is all the staffs are very sweet and caring.
