A lovely family run hotel, very friendly and helpful - an excellent first impression of Bulgaria!

Tall ceilings (3-3.5m).

Reserved room was not really reserved, had to arrange another one by phone (they have no reception available, just a machine at the entrance). Good they had one available (outside any systems), otherwise could have left me on the street.

It was really affordable and the room was spacious as in Bulgaria

We couldn't enter the hotel. Needed to call and there was nobody speaking English. The conditions were poor. The air conditioning wasn't working properly

There is a self check in machine which is not very easy to use. The hotel is next to an aluminium warehouse yard which they start making noises from very early morning. No coffee or tea facilities in the room considering no open restaurants nearby and no deliveries that area.

Good location, clean room with big space and helpful hosts .

The bed mattress is terrible , the TV didn't work, and there were metalic noises all night .

The location was a major factor and so was the last-minute availability. The room was clean and with air conditioning. The hotel seems to offer other facilities which we did not use such as a gym and a dining area.

For the price we expected breakfast, convenient parking and decently clean room. There was no breakfast and no suggestions on where to get one, there was on-pavement parking but as it was unregulated our car kept being blocked by local residents. The room was clean however there was a stubborn cigarette smell as well as very strong mould smell in the bathroom making every trip to the bathroom an unpleasant experience. In fairness we did not challenge the receptionist with any of the above but every time we passed by the reception there was nobody there - we had to look for the security guard to check out.
