A basic and clean room. The boys enjoyed the bunked beds. The accomodation has a fair price. The guy from The reception spoke english and asked us the time of arrival, as the reception is open only until 9 pm.

The breakfast. They should not serve breakfast. It is extremely poor and the salami/sausages didn't look fresh. The lady and the man that served the breakfast dont speak english and looked more bothered than pleased to have clients.

The motel name is just a misnomer. The hotel exceeds all expectations. Exceptionally clean rooms and toilets, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, pretty good food in the restaurant, quick wi-fi. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at in a while. The value for money ratio was fantastic.

The motel is located near the football stadium , which for visitors to the city center travelling on foot means climbing two or three flights of stairsn from the city center. Not an issue for those with a car or taxi. Breakfast was a little poor in diversity and I would recommend adding a typical Bulgarian flavor - something like yoghurt or banitsa would be an inexpensive but pretty enjoyable addition to the otherwise very tasty food.

All was fine - we visited them during the Easter public holidays period and all was fine and well organised.

Small note - please attach/fix the wardrobe in room 306 to the wall / could fall on somebody if its 2 doors are open. Thank you!

Very convenient for the hospital where my partner was a patient. It had all the facilities I needed - parking, restaurant, etc. Although there was a road right next to my room, the traffic died right down overnight so wasn't a problem.

Wet room shower where water goes everywhere.

This is a very modern and new place with quite nice renovations, clean and fresh, just a walking distance from downtown. We asked the motel for a favor and they satisfied our request. The WiFi worked really well. The breakfast was nice. The place totally met our needs and was a good value for money. We definitely recommend this motel.

Everything was nice.

The location is OK, 10 minutes from the city center and in a quiet zone. The hotel is warm (outside were -10 °C) and the water is hot. Breakfast is OK, good food and coffee. The staff was helpful and they answered my email in a short time. The price/quality ratio is very good.

The shower is just on the ground so when you shower the bathroom becomes pretty wet. Not everybody speaks English but still they are trying to help you.

The location was great. The hotel was really close to the hospital that I was admitted which made it very convenient for my friend to come visit me. The hotel is very close to the city center (approximately 10 minutes walking) and also the Pleven Panorama was about 20 minutes walk. Very nice staff and delicious food. I will definitely come back.

It was ok for one night in our way to Greece. The breakfest was good

It is quite hard to find it espeacially during the night, no sign . It isnt a cabin for dush so the bathroom was full of water. It was quite hot in the room although it was AC The parking lot it was to small

Good modern room with a frig. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. For an evening meal the restaurant does good home-style cooking at a very fair price. Be aware that this is a motel: if you don't have a car then you will have to do a long walk or take a taxi to get into the centre of town.

The receptionist is very active to help. Rooms are big and comfortable. Location is easy to find if you use the bulgarian name of the hotel or name of the street. The English translation of the name of the hotel is of no help in waze.

Breakfast is one big sandwich and coffee in a plastic glass. You take the sandwich and go in your room. The is no lift and the three person room is located at the first floor. We had to pay extra and take two rooms on the ground floor.
