We had an issue with the hot water at our room - it turned out that there is an issue with the boiler. The hotel staff reacted quickly and after a technical check-up, it turned out that it will take a few hours to fix this. The hotel staff apologized and upgraded us for free to a higher-class room right away in which hot water was available. Their fast reaction showed that they value their guests and do their best to provide the best possible experience even if something unexpected goes wrong. We appreciated the staff's responsiveness - we had a good stay and will come again with pleasure.

The location is amazing situated in the park basically it’s in the heart of nature very quiet and surrounded by trees

The property was great the only issue we had was finding the hotel. Address listed on booking is not correct. Thr one on google is the right one

- The location is great - you can feel the nature all around you. It's a great choice for people who want to relax and enjoy the nature. You can just chill wherever you want on the grass, under the trees, by the river or you can stay on the generous terrace the hotel has. - The staff were very polite and helpful and we even got a complementary bottle of wine from the owner one evening. - The rooms are ok, spacious enough and clean. - The hotel has a restaurant and a wine bar & restaurant, so it's useful if you don't want to drive/ walk to find a place to eat

- Breakfast is ok, but not very diverse (pretty basic) and the coffee included is terrible, but if you order from the bar, you can have good coffee - We ate one evening at the wine bar & restaurant and the order was pretty messed up (some dishes forgotten or replaced with other things, a lot of waiting time), but it was probably just an isolated event

We stayed at Hotel Kaylaka to celebrate International Women's day,and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I had been planning our visit for quite some time, as the hotel is the only one that offers a room with an included sauna,and it didn't dissapoint. The hotel is fantastic - clean,spacious, and sunny with a fresh and pleasant scent ( likely due to their non-smoking policy). We were in love with the spacious sauna, and the king-size bed exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect comfort for a relaxing night.

The only thing I missed was an iron in the room. I wanted to iron my dress for a party but couldn't,which was a bit surprising given how luxurious the presidential room was.

There is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs to reach the entry of the hotel. It is unaccessible for people with movement limitations.

The location is quite nice. There is a big park surrounding the hotel. The place is quiet and green. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and clean. We were here for two nights and had a very nice time at dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and quick on the table.

The hotel is quite obviously an old building made to look modern. The floor in our room was crooked so walking around felt like being a bit drunk. The window panes were not very well insulated and during the night it got cold if the air conditioning was not on.

Outstanding! First time in the last 10 years that a hotel was waiting for the customer with running air conditioning!!! I was so pleased, after a 5 hour trip, driving in full sun at 36 degrees I walked into a perfectly chilled room!!! The restaurant offers a wide range of tasty dishes and a wide array of wines! The personnel from the front desk and restaurant were smiling all the time and were answered immediately to any requests! The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area, a perfect place for night rest. For travellers using cars, there are a lot of parking places.

The beds were quite firm, which I like so I slept like a baby. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, above my expectations. The breakfast buffet was not very big but it contained all you needed and it was a mix of continental and local food.

The park area surrounding the hotel is probably beautiful in the summer time but during this time of year it is completely dark. There are no lights at all so if you plan on taking a walk/run in the afternoon/evening and you are visiting during winter, bring a head lamp or flash light, your mobile phone will no be enough :)

Beds were very comfortable. Two separate beds were perfect for our family. Great buffet breakfast 19 lv per person.

Only one air conditioner for two rooms. The main master bedroom got very warm. The bed sheets were not clean. All the furniture was very dusty which caused our child with allergies to sneeze a lot. The view for their large apartment room was in the older building and viewed the employee parking lot.

Lovely nature around & the retro feel that the building evokes. The staff was polite.

The hotel seems to be cheaply renovated and because of that I find it to be overpriced in terms of comfort. The bed was too narrow.
