We arrived early but were able to park across from the hotel and store our luggage. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly and helped us find a car wash. The rooms are huge and big comfortable beds. There is a tv, fridge and safe. It says the room is 14sqm but its much, much bigger than that. Also has a very large bathroom, with a big shower, lots of hot water. The wifi is great too. We had breakfast included which was a great selection. Lovely hot coffee as well. Next door is a fabulous restaurant and we had dinner there. Not sure if it's part of the hotel, but highly recommend it. My husband had a massage and said it was fabulous. So, all in all, everything was perfect and we didn't need to leave the hotel. Thanks very much to the receptionist for her warmth and help and the lovely girl at breakfast.

Amazing place, truly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. The style is that of a Las Vegas hotel, with rich decorations, themed rooms and halls, multiple works of art on diplay (most of them can be purchased) even in rooms. Large rooms, large bathrooms all amenities functional, most of the staff capable of speaking English. The hotel is a most unlikely appearance for such a small provincial town in the northern ( less developed) part of Bulgaria. I think it serves a starting ground for many guided tour activities to the amazing neighboring natural area of the Prohodna Cave. It serves thus, mainly groups of wealthy foreign tourists. The spa area is also nice. The parking area is sufficient. I only stayed here for one night as a rest stop on our returning route from Greece, but I'll be coming back for sure.

The room for 2 adults with 2 kids was clean with decent size (about 25sq.m). The pool was 32 degrees excellent for children. Sauna and Steam room were available. Restaurant was big and not overcrowded. Staff was very nice and polite. Free parking was available at site. Very good breakfast.

A little renovation will be good. We were having trouble with the card opening the door - we needed to try each time about 10 times until it worked, even after we asked for a new card we were having the same problem. Food in the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner was not tasty. Spa area needs rework, only 1 shower available for men and one for women and it is in each dressing room. Ice bucket/cold shower was not working. The Spa area is also available for visitors not guests in the hotel.

Wonderful pool and spa area. Very clean. Lovely and polite staff, super helpful at any interaction. Great food at the Pri Momite restaurant with many local treats. Best hotel in the area. We loved the themed room for both style and comfort.

It was strange not to be able to flush TP in some of the toilets. The lifeguard was smoking near the pool and you could smell cigarette smoke while in the pool. Perhaps a designated smoking area further away from the pool would help.

Breakfast was great in very nice location. Art all around and very nicely decorated. Good restaurant at front door. Spa included with good choice of wellness services/ Opening windows and good pillows and room temperature, fridge and TV not used and bath which came with upmarket toiletries and fluffy towels. Pool was nice as was sauna. Free parking outside hotel. Price was excellent for basic room we had - many other themed rooms were intriguing but cost more - next time maybe.

Checkin not till 1500 so had to kill time - reception didnt offer early checkin. Steam room was not working and ladder to jacuzzi was shaky - also not clear that locker keys had to be given at reception and not in the spa area. Checkout took a long time for the person in front and receptionist didnt seem interested in expediting us instead of phoning someone - ended up just dropping keys and leaving but usually like to do that in person.

Standard room was comfortable, if a bit too warm. Lots of variety in the buffet breakfast. There are three restaurants to choose from but the menu seems to be common - all you are choosing is the environment (and prices?). The hotel is conveniently located for a stop-off between Sofia and Ruse. The "Eyes of God" cave is also nearby.

nice standard room, clean and air conditioning working properly, very good restaurant (try Serbian menus) including Bulgarian meals and tasty pizza, exceptionally tasty breakfast. Even the hotel was crowded, restaurant is big enough to accommodate all. Hotel is just near city center/park/church yet easy to get out to reach nearby attractions.

the check-in start from 15.00, no exceptions. Parking place is most of the time full, yet you can unlock a parking place after you'll discuss with parking boy or with receptionist. Some tourists with kids can be pretty noisy on the corridors ...

A very interesting hotel whose online photos simply don't do it any justice. Spa and indoor swimming pool, astonishingly clean also, with a lifeguard on duty at all times. It is spotlessly clean, well run with organised and eager to help staff, and a fabulous breakfast buffet.

There was nothing negative during our stay.

Each deluxe room takes you to a different world. The hotel is quite clean, good breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant, and friendly staff. There is no mineral water, but the water in the pool is heated to 32 degrees. There is a sauna, a steam bath, a gym and they offer a wide selection of massages.

We were in the Benjamin Moore room. It was nice and spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. The swimming pool was a decent size and very warm. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the town.

The room was not spotless clean, we had spider webs on one corner of the room, above the bed. If travelling with a kid the sink of the bathroom is very tall and difficult to be used by a 4-year old. The swimming pool is not clean all the time and there could be improvements in this respect. Difficult to get by on English only with some of the staff.
