Location is just amazing with every view of the lake and nature as if you are at lake Como :) The hotel looks great after the renovation, rooms are very clean and spacious. The SPA was also very good, pool and outdoor area are great during the hot days. Staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely come back if it wasn’t for the food. Breakfast was rich and delicious with a good variaty.

The bad reviews of the food are unfortunately very true. We tried the a la carte restaurant and the lobby bar. The restaurant options were quite ordinary, the prices certainly don’t match the quality of the food. 23 BGN for a simple choped shopska salad in a bowl is just too much. The main courses were ok, but highly overpriced as well. The bigger disappointment was the lobby bar, where they charge 29 BGN for a carbonara, which came with cream and ham instead of egg yolk and guanchale/panchetta as described in the menu. When we sent it back to the kithen no explanation or excuse was offered. This is just unacceptable for a Hyatt hotel and a deal breaker for many people certainly as there is really no other option where you can eat.

The hotel is fully renovated, the rooms are truly 5 stars. The pool is great and the view on the lake fantastic. The reception staff was great in welcoming us and allowed us an early check in with no charge. Refreshments were provided upon check in - really nice welcome.

On the day we arrived there was a concert planned in the hotel backyard. The hotel security was extremely rude to the hotel guests in trying to secure the access to this concert. We found ourselves nearly confined inside the hotel. No chance to have dinner on the restaurant terrace or have a walk outside of the hotel on the lake shore. We found this very disturbing and disrespectful for the hotel guests. The AC in the lobby was not fully effective.

Location of hotel is indeed its big advantage.

Room was not very much clean. There is kids club in hotel, but it opened only on weekends, however during week family stays with kids as well, recommended to review that hotel policy.

The low level of the service and the staff attitude (exception is the front desk - excellent and very professional). Besides the front desk, the level of the customer service is 2 star hotel in the country.

The food was not good.. 400 BGN was not acceptable for a la card dinner. There was nothing special. Dry sausages, tomato paste and yoghurt.... I will not reccomend it. The fisrt night the same sum for mere menu 70 BGN for three grown ups and 35 for two kids... joke for the quality of food that we got. The pool is not clean. The sideways are flooded. Please do not let locals who are not hotels guests to be present by the pool.

The place is beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

Room service after 20:00 is so bad, orders a couple a this and just some of them came. The outdoor pool didn't work and there was no message anywhere for that when booking. Air conditioning also is very bad. It can't get lower than 25 degrees in the room. For the summer, it's pretty bad.

Congratulations, the remodeling and renovation of the entire hotel has been a great success. I have known the hotel for a long time, and this was my first time in the new Hyatt. The rooms have really been renovated from top to bottom, with completely new furnishings and modern bathrooms. Everything is modern and technically well done.

A big "pity or unfortunately" only the Ladies at the reception spoke English. Nobody spoke English in the restaurant. The staff in the bar were unfortunately also very inattentive. They didn't take any notice of you and if guest wanted a drink, or anything else it was better to pick it up by yourself at the bar. The Hyatt standard was completely disregarded here.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful and relaxing. The location is perfect for unwinding, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views of the lake. The service was excellent — the staff were professional and very helpful.

However, there are a few points that could improve the overall experience: • There is no supermarket or convenience store within or near the hotel, which makes it a bit difficult for guests to purchase basic necessities. Having a small shop inside the hotel would be very convenient. • While the hotel offers activities like golf, tennis, and swimming, these are not always suitable or appealing to Arab tourists or families. It would be great to see more diverse recreational options, especially ones geared toward children or cultural preferences. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable, and I would recommend the hotel for those looking for peace and relaxation. With a few adjustments, it could be even more welcoming to a broader range of guests.

The food situation was fantastic. The property was beautiful. The customer service was great. The room was deluxe.

There were loud people outside until around 3am each night with nobody enforcing silence. We had to sleep with our balcony door open because the AC unit doesn’t go below 23 degrees Celsius, but the noise from the parties downstairs carried a lot. Also, the waiters made me feel uncomfortable when they told me “no” to drinking certain beverages because they were exclusively for the group parties. But the beverages were in the buffet dining room. Weird moment for me.
