Couldn't find shuttle bus from the airport and unable to contact hotel reception. I was travelling as a solo female so I felt a little uncomfortable. Noisy water pipes. Room temperature stuck at 26 degrees - thermostat not working Limited TV channels for non Bulgarian speakers

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus so we landed at t2 when u exit turn right there is a bus stop the bus picks up up there the hotel check in was easy and quick we were on the 5th floor lofts avail first impressions of the hotel was nice normally best western hotels aren’t the greatest chain however I was very surprised the hotel smelt lovely and clean and the room was lovely and spacious we got given a room adapted for disability so we had a wet room instead of a bathroom amenities were given in the bathroom there is a shopping mall around 5 mins away by taxi called the mall which was easy however they don’t do Uber out here so u have to download an app called yellow taxi breakfast was brilliant lots of choice hot and cold food selection and pastries

We liked the location and late check in availability. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful with delicious food variety!

The coffee maker did not exist at all so coffee was ok. Just a kettle and Nescafé in small coffee cups. The door was damaged on the inside and the curtains needed repair. Sadly in Bulgaria many excellent hotels quickly deteriorate due to lack of consistent maintenance of standards. Little things are not promptly taken care of and the overall quality and experience of the rooms is negatively impacted. Please repair promptly and don’t ignore. Not sure for the price, if there was maybe a better maintained hotel out there. Maintenance is key! We had requested a shuttle to pick us up through booking but the shuttle never came. Tried calling the hotel but no one picked up. Ended up getting a taxi. Small issues like this are fixable but it just is annoying to deal with after long distance travel.

Excellent location, with a free shuttle bus from Sofia airport. The bus driver was very helpful, and the reception manager on duty was lovely, very welcoming. The room was very quiet

It was ROASTING in the room, there was an air con control though, I just didn't find until the morning!

We had a very nice and specious room, king size bed and very comfortable sitting area. Both our room and the bathroom were very clean and nice. Convenient location for a one-night stay before catching your flight from Sofia airport, with a free shuttle service to the airport. Quite new and a modern building, nice interior and exterior.

The food in the restaurant wasn't bed, but just average, nothing WOW. For the price you pay you would expect a better quality. The risotto was not a real creamy risotto, but a simple rice dish. The pork chop with a very special name and price was nothing special either. Speaking about the breakfast, the quality of food was even worse. The white Feta-type cheese was dry, and hard, and tasteless. The pastries looked odd as well. My feeling is that most of the food offered for breakfast was prepared somewhere else and just delivered, and it did not look fresh and tempting.

The room was clean and very comfortable

The hotel advertises the it provides free shuttle rides to the airport terminals which are literally 5 minutes drive. However, every time you ask the receipt to book in advance the shuttle for next day they keep telling that’s it too busy and they can call taxi. I believe that they have some kind of agreement with taxi companies to provide them with clients and get something in return. Happened twice to me and both time the hotel’s shuttle bus was sitting idle in the parking. It’s a shame for the hotel management they way they operate. The other disadvantage is that the restaurant is closed after 10 and there isn’t anything near by to get something to eat or even drink. Don’t have venting machines to get even a bottle of water.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Check in and out was very fast. Hotel is situated very near to the airport and hotel provides airport pick up and drop off "free of charge". Room was spacious enough with good lightening of the room and bathroom. I liked very much the way of providing complimentary water from water dispenser in the floor corridor. This is really "GREEN" approach. Breakfast was very tasty and providing choice across local and internatiuonal cuisine.

Only three things to comment which only as the hint for improovement: 1. some of the bathroom equipent needs more care / maitenance = sink tap and soap holder in the shower were completely loose, shower handle broken 2. water pressure for shower was too low. It was a bit of challenge to remowe all the soap & shampoo when taking the shower 3. when taking the shuttle to the airport it went through back yard of the hotel which was not so nice to go through (waste all around) and it was so bumpy All over all above will not prevent me from returning back to the hotel in the future.

The room was wonderful. Also, the breakfast was fabulous!

I arrived at 2:15 AM to the airport (first time in Bulgaria) and asked three times through the hotel website and over email for the hotel to confirm a shuttle for me. They never responded. When the shuttle arrived for a different passenger at 2:40 AM, I was able to get on it, but it was frustrating to wait before then, not knowing if anything was coming for me. I almost gave up and walked. Also, the shuttle at terminal 1 parks outside the entrance for departures, not arrivals.
