Superb service to collect us and take us (at 5am) to the airport, clean and comfy room, food was good in the bar, although obviously not cheap. Breakfast was good too. Very nice to have tea/coffee/kettle in the room, and complimentary apple juice in the fridge. And VERY happy to see the water machine in the corridor and refillable bottles in the room - excellent!

Bulgaria always comes as a bit of a shock after Greece, regarding customer service, and this was no exception. Smiles are just more difficult to find!!! The spa was closed, which was really sad, because one of the reasons we booked this hotel was to be able to relax in the spa. But it was the "day of independence", a public holiday, so I do understand. However, the most worrying thing was to return to our room after shopping, at about lunchtime, and find the door open. For a hotel so concerned with security (you can only get out the lift on your floor, and stairs are for emergency only), I really think the cleaner should be a bit more careful when finishing, and make sure the door is closed!!!

Very clean. The receptionists speak English. There is a great shopping center very close. There is a water cooler on the floor. There is a balcony for smokers on the floor. Everything is new and everything is tastefully decorated. Great bathroom with a bathtub. Close to the airport.

Comfort, luxury space and very friendly personal, finding arrangements for almost everything. The first 5 nights were over booking.com at a very advantageous price. Spa (sauna/steam bath) and massages are available. Very good breakfast with loads of choices.

Location wasn‘t awesome but close to everything. City center, airport and highways. Although the hotel has aged well and still got a modern, timeless flair, good choices on inner art/architecture, it‘s a bit on the old site and some damages, infrastructure issues and inconveniencies maust be taken into sccount. (Steam bath not working, I got refund)

It's a modern building, everything is fresh and clean. Helpful and smiling staff. For business purposes the location is good, very close to the airport. Kind of standard that keeps you feeling safe and no surprises. Airport transfer is a nice bonus.

If you need to expereince Sofia, you have to be ready to travel to the city center, that is not close. The hotel is located in the distric of 80s block architecture, kind of boring/depressive, do not expect nice evening walk outside. And it is at a cross road with intensive traffic, not the best air quality.

The hotel was clean and had a good location if you needed access to Sofia ring; it is also close to the airport. Just across there is a commercial center. Room was big, confortable and clean, as expected. Breakfast was great and diverse enough. There is free parking on-site. Restaurant serves great, tasty food. Note that it is not close to the city center, but it is within 20 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

I know very well the location and neighborhood so I chose the hotel based on that. The staff was polite. Breakfast was good, enough choice of everything but some of the food seemed not very fresh. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The room was spacious and both me and my husband managed to work from there, WiFi was more than enough. Comfortable beds.

As I said some of the food wasn't looking fresh. The bathroom could be cleaned better - there was a mould mostly around the shower. Also some small stains on the pillow case and towels.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. It was very quiet and beds were comfortable.

It is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. You must loop around the neighborhood coming and going. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but the difficulty getting in and out makes it less convenient. It is not terribly easy to get into the city center. Closest metro station is a 15 minute walk at a brisk pace. The shower/tub leaked out onto the bathroom floor.

It is a bit difficult to find the correct entrance to the hotel depending on which side you are entering the city of Sofia. From Tzarigradsko shose you should drive quite around to get onto the correct lane and exit to the hotel.

The staff was very nice and friendly! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers everything you need. They also offer shuttle for groups and I used one to get me to the airport.

Maybe the location is not perfect unless you use a car. Really cannot think of anything else.
