We arrived to the hotel at the end of our trip (last 3 days) and we ordered 2 rooms. when we got the hotel we figuer out that the hotel do not have connected door. Violeta the woman who had at the reception found out a solution for us and upgrade us to the suite with no extra charge. very pleasant staff that always want to help. there is a big supermarket 1 minute walking near the hotel and there is free parking

At the breakfast when some cheese ran out they did not fill it

The hotel is looks new and is nicely decorated. Rooms are large, bed comfortable, tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar. Bathroom very nice and spacious as well. The area isn't particular interesting but there is an excellent supermarket next door and a nice outdoor place with 10+ street food kiosks next to the supermarket. Metro comfortable walking distance. Staff efficient but not overly friendly. The price was excellent.

Two of the three elevators were out of order for the full 5 days I stayed. Airco in room didn't work or isn't very powerful. Temperature didn't go down much.

Renewed rooms, minibar and Nespresso machine with every day new 2 capsules.

Restaurant. Dont rely on it. I also really didnt like the bothering artificial smell of air refresher in the reception and also in restaurant! Agressive and I am sure that fresh only air would be better. My bed was not comfortable as in the middle was already a deepen area.

The cleanliness was great, the furniture and room all looked great and new, the staff was friendly and helpful..

The only thing interior-wise I'd change is remove the carpeting because carpet is never really clean. The other is an adjustment to the minibar prices - water costs as much as wine, cola is less. I think water should always be the most accessible drink.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is not close to the center, but the price was rather fair. The breakfast was great.

I didn't like the fact that the restaurant of the hotel was open only for one day. Also, the choices were limited.

Very nice hotel, although it lost some of its edge since my last stay there (about 3 years back). Personally I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient, with a good selection of restaurants in walking distance (in Studentski Grad area), area for walking or running (Loven Park). The rooms are clean and kept in good condition, beds are comfortable. Classic breakfast with good assortments of drinks and food, cold & warm. Free parking place in front of the hotel.

Even though it has a restaurant, it is open only for breakfast, so if one needs dinner or lunch, should look outside for alternatives. The bar was closed, thus no early or late drinks in the hotel, as well. Fitness room is opened only from 8:00 till 20:00, although at the reception was mentioned to be opened for hotel guests non-stop.

Nice location near airport and 15min driving distance from downtown and the reception lady is absolutely gorgeous

Excellent hotel, the room was large, clean and smelled nice, the staff is super friendly, comfortable beds, The hotel is not in the city centre but there's a bus stop right across the street and the subway is like 8-10 mins walking distance. There is a very large supermarket next to the hotel which offers also cooked food.

Every morning our breakfast was waiting for us. The selection was beyond expectation, large selection of fresh fruit and veggies, cheeses and cold cuts, nuts, juices, eggs and breakfast meats. They didnt miss a thing.

To get to center of town, we had to take a metro which was a good 10 minute walk, not too much of a big deal. One major problem was getting ice, (as North Americans, we cannot seem to live without ice, especially in the summer) we had to go to reception everytime we needed it. In all fairness, it was brought up to us.

Perfect hotel with nice rooms and very nice, polite and relaxed staff. Just next to main road but rooms are perfectly insulated so local traffic won't disturb you. Thank you very much! Nadali and Nikola
