The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and it’s conveniently located near bus stops with direct routes to the city center in about 20 minutes. Just a tip: the kitchen is shared and located on the ground floor for use by all guests in the apartment. It was clean, but we initially thought it would be part of our booked room.

We did notice a spider web under the wardrobe, and the rug wasn’t very comfortable underfoot as it had some dirt. However, overall, it was okay.

The location is great, just inside the "Studentski Grad" suburb in Sofia, there are plenty of Markets (Lidl), places where you can eat (restaurants, doner, fast food...), cafes, banks, pharmacies... amost everything that you may need. There is a free parking in front and around the building (you park on the street but everyone is parking there and it is legal and free). Also you have a paid parking across the street which costs 3lev/h. The room is modern and equipped with everything you may need (tv, small fridge, private bathroom with hot water) and the room was well warmed when we came. There is an option for self check-in which is very convenient if you don't know your arrival time in advance, there are lock boxes outside the front door and they send you the passcode and you get your key from there, you can check-in anyime you want. The reception is working until 6PM.

The property is not offering breakfast option. There is high posibility that there won't be free places in the free parking. On the paid parking there is no daily or nightly ticket (basically you pay the hours your car has been parked) ex. for 1 night: 22h - 8h = 10h * 3lev = 30lev which is expensive if you ask me. In our room they forgot to put toilet paper and 1 of the lights was not working.

The check-in was fast as we arrived very late and all the instructions were sent before so it all went really smooth. the beds were comfy and we have chosen in advance the pillows (soft and hard). Good option for a short stopover.

Although advertised as soundproofed the dors are paper-thin. We were woken by a noisy group, coming back probably from a party, at around 2 am. the vending machines in the cafeteria only accept BGN coins, not possible to pay by card, so if someone wants a snack or coffee it has to be purchased from outside which is a bit difficult, especially in the morning.

Situated in a lively, communicative area with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away.

Every sound from the corridor – from footsteps to conversations, cleaning staff, and other guests’ disturbances – felt like it was happening right inside my room. Mattress was hard.

Location was easy to get to and the reception helped with the last step over the phone. The parking is free in the area and there’s also paid parking available nearby. We parked the car right in front of our window, for free. We only stayed for one night and we liked everything. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. We liked the big windows. There’s a vending machine at first floor with coffee, drinks and snacks, but there are also markets, a Lidl and fuel station very close. Overall this is a good option if you want to spend a night on your way to Greece. The city center is also easy to get to from here in case you want to visit Sofia. We felt the price was right for what we got.

Stayed one night during a road trip — everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything easy and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend! Great value for the price.

After searching for close and nice place this place was excellent clean easy access was called by the young lady at reception sent location very freindly. We were a family traveling safe had no issues we got all our info of front desk young lady Pedtya buying too going too the places we spoke and she helped gave info which made our journey more aeasy. We had our own hire car booked for day .getting around was easy. Good for 👪 family

Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, especially the beds. I had work with my comp, so they had good set up for it. The wifi was little lagging, but it did the job. Overall, good experience.. I would like to mention the friendly cleaning staff lady. She went above and beyond the make us feel very welcome from the moment she saw us at the door.

We had to wait at the bus station 4 hours until our check in at Blue Label Apart House. Once there she told us, we should of called. I actually called her the day before to confirm and ask for a transport and she told me that they're not open until 10:30. We were given an apartment with backed up toilet and broken shower door. It was hard to use it that way:( Our stay was 1 night.

The staff is extremely friendly. The lady there spend a fair bit of time explaining things to us and walked with us to show where the bus stop is located. The hotel is pretty fresh

A few things can be improved: 1) have some extra toilet paper in the room, 2) the room wasn't perfectly cleaned when we moved in. Another thing to mention: if you come to Sofia as a tourist, bear in mind that the hotel isn't located in the downtown and you'll have take bus or taxi.

Quite location that allowed sleeping with open windows and not being disturbed by the noise outside. Accessible when travelling with car, as the city centre is not too far, but also the edge of town is also close so jams can be avoided. Nice facility on the first floor with the kitchen.
