**Review: Blue Star Luxury Hotel, Sofia, Bulgaria – 10/10** My husband and I recently stayed at the Blue Star Luxury Hotel in Sofia, Bulgaria and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived at around 10am. We have patronised mostly 4 to 5-star hotels in most of the many countries we’ve been to but this is the first time I have written a lengthy review for a very simple reason: others are entitled to know, and it is just fair for the hotel and its staff to receive the best compliments. The look: The hotel exudes elegance and sophistication, with a modern design that combines comfort and style seamlessly. Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted with a very fragrant smell. Luxuriously calming, creating a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities, including a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries, made the stay feel extra special. The city views from the rooftop is a plus, especially at night. Here’s a cake topper: Since the hotel is located at Van Gogh Street, the lobby of the hotel and the walls of every floor are widely adorned with nice paintings (though most are made not original creations), but it gives a good vibes especially to art enthusiasts like us. The service: The service was top-notch, with every staff member displaying professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests and provided excellent recommendations for exploring Sofia. The hotel’s restaurant served a delightful array of meals for breakfast to kickstart the day right. It also has its restaurant and was the food preparation was a highlight. Kudos to the monsieur at the restaurant always waiting patiently for us to finish breakfast (as we came in late twice).

Fantastic location, modern and spotless rooms, incredibly comfortable bed, and top-notch amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was vey good. This hotel is very new, clean. It has large and comfortable beds. Room is spacious, bathroom is well designed.

Staff in the front desk. Young lady should have learned more about being in the front desk considering calling a taxi, approximate price to airport etc.

The hotel is new, I liked very much that everything was fresh and clean, and the hygiene products were of good quality. I especially appreciated the carpeting in the room and in the hallways, as well as the availability of parking, for a fee. Employees available to help. Close to he shopping mall, about 5 min walking.

We arrived at the Blue Star Hotel on 24.4.25 for 3 nights. The hotel has private indoor parking at a price of 20 lav per day, which is convenient because the parking lots in the area are occupied. The hotel is new and also has a restaurant and is located close to a very large shopping mall called "Paradise" and not far from a metro station. The staff, including the hotel manager, are friendly, welcoming and attentive, ready to help when needed, which gives a very good feeling as a guest. The important fact is that when needed, you will be taken care of and your problem will be solved. Recommended recommended hotel!

I recently stayed at Blue star luxury hotel and I can confidently say it was a perfect hotel experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The hotel is situated within walking distance of Paradise Center, a huge mall with excellent restaurants and numerous chains. Despite being in a central location, the atmosphere was peaceful and serene—a true urban oasis. The staff deserves special recognition. It is professional, attentive, and genuinely warm and their hospitality made my husband and me feel truly welcomed. The rooms are modern, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind. The decor is a balance between elegance and coziness, the bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights. In summary, Blue star luxury hotel exceeded my expectations and we will definitely return again.

It is new hotel. Very Clean and very quite (may be too quite). Location is good. 4 min walk to Mall where there you can find evrything and also aside is the metro station by which you can go center after 3 stops (1.60lv pp one way).The fridge was full. There was coffe machine with coffe and tea packs.

Very poor breakfast. It was difficult to find the breakfast area. there were no signs and noone to ask around. For such hotel it is shame. Then when the room was cleaned for some reason the tea cups were not changed, remained still with tea in it as well as the glasses for water. When you enter hotel it is really like a gost hotel .Some music would have been nice. The lady at tge reception was welcoming tough I had to ask for details like breakfast time etc.so some areas for improvment existing.

This is my second stay at Blue Star and both times my stay was exceptional! I am travelling for work and as our business is in Paradise mall, the location of the hotel is perfect for me. I loved the comfy beds, clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms, with all of the facilities needed for a wonderful time spent. Everyday your room gets cleaned, you get a brand new bottle of water and it's as tidy as if you're just checking in. :)

I honestly can't think of something negative, everything was perfect. :)

Exceptional stay at this brand new property! The rooms are huge, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious. Everything is soundproof, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this stay. The bed and bathroom were perfect, and the entire place was immaculate without any of the harsh chemical smells you find in other hotels of this caliber. Truly a luxurious and relaxing experience!

‏A brand new hotel located in a newer area of ​​the city, walking distance from the Vitosha metro station and the big Paradise mall, there is a supermarket inside the mall as well as next to it, so everything is close and convenient. The room was excellent, beautiful and clean and so was the whole hotel. Excellent for a couple’s stay who want some quiet.
