Breakfast was super...Room also is nice, and clean. In a quiet part of town and not a big hotel which is great

Every recommendation for this hotel, but they charge an additional 10 euros for car parking, and they never stated in the description that parking is not available. I think it is fair for the guests to say that parking is charged, and not to announce it at the reception when you arrive

Hotel location is good you can find many restaurant around. There is a underground parking place and it’s really good for me. Hotel rooms are big enough and fully equiped with small things like shoe brush or sewing kit etc.. Hotel eployees are really kind, good and working well, especially lady in restaurant working crazy hard.

Restaurant just available for breakfast, if you will do check-in after 10 pm. You should definetely eat something before there is many restaurant around but they will close kitchen after 10 pm. Elevator is old and small a bit, if you have many suitcase it’s not enough big to fit all. Rooms are not cleaned well maybe just visible points. Under of beds are reallt dirty!

The minute we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist who immediately helped with our prebooked parking. ( which was underground and secure) Once we got to our room, very pleased with the newness and cleanliness of everything. Excellent room facilities, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of tea and coffee. Fresh smelling, soft towels in the bathroom. Nexflix, prime etc available on the tv with your own log in. We had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast started as my husband had a hospital appointment. I mentioned to the staff member he wasn’t able to eat so could I make him a take out roll and 5 minutes later she came back with packed lunch for two. Service above and beyond! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the NDK and the start of Vitosha boulevard and 5 minutes walk from large shopping centre. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely return. Thank you to all staff.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, the staff were very helpful and accommodating especially the young men at the reception. Rooms feel new, nicely decorated, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was alright in taste and variety but more on the basic side I would say. Location was good, 5 mins walk to the metro and nearby mall with great stores.

The main issue as mentioned by others as well, was the air-conditioning. The rooms' air-conditioning is extremely weak and if you, like us, visit during a hot time, you'll have the same problem. Contacted the reception but nothing could be done, it wasn't a matter of fixing. The unit is actually behind 2 curtains, so it is actually covered by them and thus, not working properly. Lastly, the one and only elevator was very slow and due to high demand in rooms, cleanliness was rather average.

For a three‑star hotel, everything is beyond expectations. In comparison with five‑star luxury hotels, you might miss a large lobby, multiple restaurants, and a pool, but for the price it still surpasses my expectations. The location is about a five‑minute walk from the metro and a large mall. Breakfast is rich, and they even change some dishes from day to day, which is incredible. Wi‑Fi speed is about 50 Mb/s—very fast. The room is spacious enough even for a family with two children. The room was cleaned every day while we were out, and when we asked reception for an additional towel, we received it within minutes. It was very cold outside, but inside the room the temperature was perfect—neither too cool nor too hot.

The hotel was new and modern and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was in the room. On top of the basics, there was also a mini bar which was great for when I felt like a cold drink. The beds were also comfortable. The breakfast, while not very diverse, was good.

The only negative was the air conditioning, which was centrally controlled and off for the first few days of our stay because the weather outside was not very warm. Later it got warmer outside and it was turned on, however, for some reason, even though we set it at 18 degrees Celsius and even though we felt cold air coming out of it, the room stayed pretty warm.

The attention to detail stood out right away: the coffee and tea maker came with both regular sweeteners and sweetener alternatives, which is a rare but much-appreciated touch. The minibar was fully stocked, and I even found one of those small plastic tools to help with putting on your shoes - something I almost never see in hotels, but really came in handy! The bathroom was also impressively equipped with a LED mirror, not just soap and shower gel but also body lotion. The smart TV was a great plus - we were able to cast movies from our laptop without a problem, which made for a cozy night in. Breakfast was relaxed and casual, but the selection was quite nice.

What didn’t impress me as much were the room size and the hotel itself - I expected something a bit more spacious. Our room faced a fairly noisy street, and during the night, the sound of cars passing by was a bit disturbing. While the air conditioning did work, it wasn’t very intuitive to set to a specific temperature, which made the room a little tricky to keep comfortable. Best Western Lozenets is a hotel with big attention to detail. If you're looking for thoughtful amenities and a cozy stay, it's a solid choice - just be aware that space is limited and external noise might be an issue for light sleepers. However, this is not at all a dealbreaker, we were happy with our stay overall!

The hotel is very clean and just 3 minutes away from the metro station, which is only one stop from Vitosha Street. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, with a big shopping mall nearby, and the staff are excellent—they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

There is only one elevator, and it is small and slow. During the two days we stayed, there was only one staff member assisting with breakfast. Although she was excellent, helpful, and working very hard, she couldn’t keep up with the demand. The breakfast area often ran out of coffee or other items, as she wasn’t able to monitor everything constantly. It might be better to have two people supporting the breakfast area to improve the experience.

I appreciated the availability of parking spaces with prior reservation, which can be confirmed directly with the hotel. The communication with the hotel was prompt, both before arrival and during check-in, which went smoothly and quickly The breakfast was varied, tasty, fresh, and served as a Swedish buffet. Everything was very clean, and the furniture was new and well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the main points of interest in the city.Although our room was facing the street, on thr 1st floor, the soundproofing was very good and we were not disturbed by outside noise

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Lozenets Sofia. The facilities were excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the availability of parking, even though it was paid. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

One thing I didn’t like was the attitude of the staff in the breakfast room. They seemed emotionless and lacked warmth, which affected the atmosphere. They should understand that some children can be messy, so the staff should get used to that in a family-friendly setting. It wasn’t pleasant to see their visible frustration over something as minor as spilled cornflakes, especially in front of other guests. The breakfast staff should exercise a bit more patience and professionalism, this would be a suggestion for improvement.
