Breakfast was super...Room also is nice, and clean. In a quiet part of town and not a big hotel which is great

Every recommendation for this hotel, but they charge an additional 10 euros for car parking, and they never stated in the description that parking is not available. I think it is fair for the guests to say that parking is charged, and not to announce it at the reception when you arrive

The minute we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist who immediately helped with our prebooked parking. ( which was underground and secure) Once we got to our room, very pleased with the newness and cleanliness of everything. Excellent room facilities, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of tea and coffee. Fresh smelling, soft towels in the bathroom. Nexflix, prime etc available on the tv with your own log in. We had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast started as my husband had a hospital appointment. I mentioned to the staff member he wasn’t able to eat so could I make him a take out roll and 5 minutes later she came back with packed lunch for two. Service above and beyond! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the NDK and the start of Vitosha boulevard and 5 minutes walk from large shopping centre. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely return. Thank you to all staff.

For a three‑star hotel, everything is beyond expectations. In comparison with five‑star luxury hotels, you might miss a large lobby, multiple restaurants, and a pool, but for the price it still surpasses my expectations. The location is about a five‑minute walk from the metro and a large mall. Breakfast is rich, and they even change some dishes from day to day, which is incredible. Wi‑Fi speed is about 50 Mb/s—very fast. The room is spacious enough even for a family with two children. The room was cleaned every day while we were out, and when we asked reception for an additional towel, we received it within minutes. It was very cold outside, but inside the room the temperature was perfect—neither too cool nor too hot.

The hotel was new and modern and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was in the room. On top of the basics, there was also a mini bar which was great for when I felt like a cold drink. The beds were also comfortable. The breakfast, while not very diverse, was good.

The only negative was the air conditioning, which was centrally controlled and off for the first few days of our stay because the weather outside was not very warm. Later it got warmer outside and it was turned on, however, for some reason, even though we set it at 18 degrees Celsius and even though we felt cold air coming out of it, the room stayed pretty warm.

The hotel is very clean and just 3 minutes away from the metro station, which is only one stop from Vitosha Street. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, with a big shopping mall nearby, and the staff are excellent—they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

There is only one elevator, and it is small and slow. During the two days we stayed, there was only one staff member assisting with breakfast. Although she was excellent, helpful, and working very hard, she couldn’t keep up with the demand. The breakfast area often ran out of coffee or other items, as she wasn’t able to monitor everything constantly. It might be better to have two people supporting the breakfast area to improve the experience.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Lozenets Sofia. The facilities were excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the availability of parking, even though it was paid. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

One thing I didn’t like was the attitude of the staff in the breakfast room. They seemed emotionless and lacked warmth, which affected the atmosphere. They should understand that some children can be messy, so the staff should get used to that in a family-friendly setting. It wasn’t pleasant to see their visible frustration over something as minor as spilled cornflakes, especially in front of other guests. The breakfast staff should exercise a bit more patience and professionalism, this would be a suggestion for improvement.

The hotel is full renovated, therefore all is new, the smell is pleasant, the furniture quality is above medium, the bathroom is spotless. The room have had a big double bed and 2 single beds, the space being big enough for us (we are a family with 2 children). Most important, during our stay the night temperatures were below 0 degree, but in the room was warm thanks to the heating system who can be easy set from the wall controller. The room was cleaned and towels were changed during our stay of 4 days (towels twice). Breakfast is very good, we found what we like, there is also coffee machine (very good cappuccino). When the hotel is at full capacity, it can be a bit crowded in the breakfast room, but we were always there around 8:30 and it was free (from 9 am onwards it became more crowded). we parked the car in the underground parking lot (for a fee, around 10-15 euro per day). The metro station is only 3 minute away on foot, but the downtown is also reachable in a 20-30 minute stroll. The value for money of this hotel is invincible.

Good hotel. Was in early April, the room was clean and warm. There are questions on audibility but it is individual. I had a room comfort with a balcony, the balcony is very spacious with a table and chairs, you can smoke. Breakfast varied there is still to choose, if you are with small children - porridge was not. In the restaurant, a little small in size corner with food because of this there were lines but there was enough food for everyone. Good location, 6 minutes to tube European Union and nearby there is a shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sofia! The location is perfect — easy to reach and just a 10-minute walk from the main sights and attractions. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, and the large parking area is a big advantage, especially in the city. What really impressed me was the incredibly professional and helpful staff — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable and, importantly, soundproofed — a rare find these days! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is brand new, rooms furniture is like for a 4* hotel. My room was from hotel backside, very quite, very comfortable bed, I did not use it, but free of charge coffee and tea, this is normally 4* and above hotels. Great breakfast, again not like a 3* hotel. Staff is new and willing to help. Great value for money if this side of Sofia is good location for you.

Would be nice if there is a complementary water in the room, but for 3* hotel its not necessary. Small elevator, could be a problem in the morning, but I was using the stairs, even my room was on 3rd floor, so I did not bother. I always use any occasion to move, so stairs is actually very good and spacious. Lack of music in the restaurant in the morning is a bit strange, as its a small place. Its like everybody is sitting together like in a cozy canteen, but without music is more canteen, not restaurant. On other hand, this is so small thing that, somebody most probably would not notice. Also its a very easy fix. For 3* hotel is maybe one of the best places in Sofia.
