It was surprised. The entrance to the hotel looked like a "kindergarten" - toys, dog and even a playing child. I was not sure, so asked the manager (who looked like a vintage storyteller) - "Is it a hotel?" However, the room at the 1st floor was good modernized and had all the necessary facilities. Very friendly stuff. Perfect location, especially for visiting NDK.

It would be great to have caffee machine at the reception.

The hotel is located in a quiet location very close to the center and has a super secure parking lot. In fact, I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised, as the room was very large, airy and furnished in an old style. The bathroom was very large and clean, with a separate shower area.It's true that it's a little bit in need of renovation, but my husband and I felt great there. The wifi is excellent, there are also cups, a kettle and a fridge in the room, so you can prepare an easy quick breakfast with coffee. Everything is as in the description. The owner was very responsive and willing to help.

Very kind, hospitable and responsive manager of the hotel. He met me late at night, because of the late arrival of the plane. In 30 seconds I was given a large, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. In the very center of Sofia, close to all the sights and a very quiet place. It was very comfortable to sleep. And an amazingly low price for such a chic place. Next time I will definitely choose this chamber and cozy hotel.

Close to the National Palace of Culture.

It didn't bother me, but the restaurant appears to be disused and the garden was somewhat cluttered and untidy which doesn't give a good vibe when you arrive. However, my room was fairly up-to-date and was fine.

I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be a building with historical significance. While it was an old/classic building, the rooms were very well maintained, well decorated and cosy. Facilities were very well maintained and clean. The staff were lovely, very helpful and nice to us. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel when I visit next.

The location is great, the staff was so nice and welcoming, it was clean, it had heating, clean towels, free parking, coffee and tea supplies and a mini fridge, warm water all the time, it was comfortable and the room was even better and bigger than the pictures. We were so satisfied and for sure visiting again. One of my best stayes.

Adequate accomodation in the heart of Sofia, with it's own free parking lot, close to everything. Polite owner. Spacious room with good size toilet and shower.

Could use a bit of renovation. Bad wifi, at least we couldn't get it.

Place and location was perfect....just to understand U are in the loudest show in Sofia....but it the house is silent atmosphere. There is parking where you can be sure about Your car.

The location and the size of the accommodation was really excellent. It is within walking distance from the train station and is just across the National palace of culture.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes and there was hair in the sink

The apartment is very close to the city center, everything is on walking distance. Furthermore, the room was pretty clean and the owner communicative.

The mattresses on the beds are a bit old, and the pillows were not comfortable.
