Great time at Art 'Otel. We stayed couple for 6 nights. Excellent location, just 2 minutes from the main street of Sofia; breakfast is good with a big variety of sweets and cakes; every day between 18:00 and 20:00 there is an open bar with free snacks and alcohol, and the hotel's staff treated us like family! Wonderful experience, see you next time.

The atmosphere of the hotel is homely, the guests are treated like family. The staff is polite and helpful. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful, generous and hospitable man! (Hi Emil!) Breakfast is very varied and plentiful, the food is very fresh, delicious and aesthetically served. The hotel is located near Vitosha Boulevard on a quiet street. The metro is very close. Super rest, we recommend it to everybody.

What we have seen in this facility is a different level of hospitality. The hotel was very central and walking distance from everything. The slight old furnishing, which I believe it is part of the Art Otel, everything was beautiful starting from the reception, the manager and the people preparing the breakfast. They organise a free taxi from and to airport. Every morning open breakfast with a variety of delicious food, ten types of cheese and cakes and sweet and hot and cold food. They have a happy hours from 6-8 on the top roof, free drinks and nibbles. They make our stay in Sofia, that we love, a delightful stay. Thank you for your generosity. Regards Mazin/Suha NZ

Location is ace - and go to La bottega restaurant nearby. Our room had a massive terrace. Good shower. Very clean. Breakfast delicious and so much choice - keep Warmers closed though wise eggs cold!! Delicious bread!! Sweet staff.

Air con a bit noisy and sounded like dripping water A little bit dated.

Great rooms with enough space and comfortable bed. Helpful staff, they allowed us to check-in earlier than expected which was excellent for us. Also, good breakfast with a good variety to choose from.

The receptionist Lacaesar was exceptionally helpful. All of the staff were excellent.The breakfast was very good and varied.The room was very comfortable and had toiletries and slippers.The location is central and convenient.Between 6 and 8pm they offer free food with unlimited drinks of good quality.They also gave us free cakes.

The only small thing is that the temperature in the room was very high..take summer pyjamas.

We spent three nights at the Art ‘Otel in Sofia (May 18-21) and were very impressed with the service and the facilities. Everything is super clean and comfortable, and the room was very spacious. Emil, the owner did his utmost to make our stay in the city pleasant and enjoyable. Their breakfast is second to none. Absolutely incredible variety of foods on offer both sweet and savory. Adding our three breakfasts there we could not try everything they had to offer, even eating just morsels of each plate. They had 13 varieties of cheeses, 5 or 6 natural yogurts, 5 different types of eggs cooked, beaten, mixed, fried or otherwise, cold cuts, sausages, meatballs, local savory pastries, tartes, baklavas, pies, and on and on. It goes on forever. The Hotel offers a free happy hour in the evening with quality spirits, wines and beers plus accompanying snacks. Again: FREE. The location is fantastic right in the center of town and has its own parking space, albeit tight. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in our first visit to Sofia.

We (a group of three friends) were only staying the night due to an early morning flight home. On our arrival we were greeted by our very hospitable host Dani who immediately welcomed us and offered complimentary drinks (Prosecco, wine, cold soda, rakija) and light snacks (delicious cheese with tomatoes and olives,and sandwiches). We sat on the veranda to unwind. It was a great centrally located hotel. Our 3 bed room was upgraded to a single and twin room. The rooms were spacious with refrigerator, TV, coffee maker with coffee!, A/C, and a plate of fresh fruit:) The bed was comfy and I slept well. Dani arranged our early morning 04:30 taxi to airport (and paid for it!) and packed us breakfast sandwiches with the freshest bread, bananas, and other snacks. Outstanding customer service!! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Sofia! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the center, close to everything: cafes, shops, historical sites, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The staff were outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. And the breakfast… wow! One of the best we’ve had. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and so varied that it was honestly hard to choose what not to eat.
