Centrally located and highly accessible by metro National Palace of Culture station. Vitosha Blvd is a minute walk with plenty of restaurants available. Breakfast is good. Room has electric kettle, ref and bar drinks/ snacks for sale. Shower is good and bed is comfy.

The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was also spacious. The hotel was good value for money, and the location was excellent, being very close to a variety of shops, restaurants and transport links.

The room did not look like the one advertised on the website when the booking was made, despite it being spacious and comfortable overall. The bath would leak when taking a shower, so each morning our group would have to put towels down to soak up some of the excess water which would accumulate on the bathroom floor. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, and the room was very warm. We had to keep windows and doors open every time we were in the room to allow fresh air to come in and help cool the place down. The building work which was taking place during our stay was a little disruptive. It would have been nice to have been warned of this beforehand.

The location of this hotel was good, being very close to Vitosha Street with all of its restaurants and shops, although there was a bit of a walk to reach the main city sights such as the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. There was a good choice for breakfast and our room was comfortable and of an adequate size. I cannot praise the staff highly enough as I had a nasty fall during my visit to Sofia and one member of staff in particular organised a taxi to the hospital for me, generally looked after my well-being and even phoned our travel company for me as we were about to embark on an organised tour. I can highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone.

There was nothing to dislike.

Hotel was very clean, the bed extra comfortable, clean white bed sheets and clean towels. There was hot water in the shower any time, breakfast was okay, satisfying and the staff spoke very good English and were very helpful and friendly, even when i asked them after checkout to leave my suitcase there for a few hours. Location of hotel was excellent in the center. It was my first fime visiting Sofia and i was very satisfied, i recommend this hotel and i would stay there again! Thank you!

When i checked in my room at midnight, there was a smell of cigarettes which wasn't a problem for long because i opened window and it disappeared. Otherwise all good!!

The hotel is close to everything, mostly walking distance. The transportation system really good. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay again in future.

The disappointment was the housekeeping staff don’t clean the room, or at least leave enough toilet paper and fresh towels, once I told the receptionist about the cleaning but they lied to the receptionist so I had to take him to my room to show and told him this is not the first time. Apart from that everything was good. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was nice and had nice options for food, bread, spreads and fruits. The room size was amazing and we had two very big and comfortable beds. The hotel is located in an extremely central area, and couldn't be better in this regard.

Personal wasn't very friendly (we checked-in and the guy had a croissant in his mouth while talking to us). The lift was unfortunately not working during our stay (3 nights). The water is leaking from the bathtub in the bathroom, so the bathroom ends up a little wet after taking a shower - nothing too dramatic, but annoying to step on a wet carpet everytime you come out of the shower.

The communication with the staff was easy and fruitful. Each staff member supported my stay. I felt myself as a desired and expected guest! The location of the hotel is in the city heart. At the reception desk the service was great. The room was air-conditioned, clean, comfortable and quiet, with coffee/tea compliments. The bed was comfortable. The bath - spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good - fresh & tasty! Thank you, Art Plaza Team! Sure, I would be happy to be your guest again.

Location was great near to restaurants shops park and public transport, staff were very helpful friendly and always smiled and said hello they booked taxis for us gave us a city map and would help you all you had to do was ask . Clean rooms great water pressure fast hot shower great mini bar not much not to like kettle hairdryer toiletries all in room . Breakfast was great lots of choice from cold meats and cheeses to hot breakfast , cereals, pastries fruit and much more 😋

No milk in the rooms but asked the staff and they gave me some maybes just a couple of longline milk in the rooms would be great

The apartment was well soundproofed and when we closed the window we couldn't hear anything from the street. The hotel is in a great location and you can do almost everything on foot, especially bars and restaurants. We found it to be quite safe at any time of day. The breakfast was very good.

They use central air conditioning to cool the rooms, and on two nights we felt a little hot. On the other days it was comfortable. I suggest they try to change the air conditioning in the rooms.

Central location just off the Main Street- walking distance to all the sights. Amazing value for breakfast. We loved that. Very safe and secure building. Comfortable room.

Shower was a little dirty. There was a constant ticking noise in our room we couldn’t quite place but we assume was related to the elevator moving up and down as we were next to it. When they cleaned our room, they didn’t bring us extra toilet paper and we had to go down and request it which isn’t a big deal but it was just strange.
