Beautiful, stylish hotel just near the main pedestrian street in Sofia. We had arrived on an early morning bus from Bucharest and dropped by the hotel at 9am in the hope that they would store our bags before checkin at 2pm. We were offered a room immediately, which was a game changer to our day. It allowed us to shower and rest (in an insanely comfortable bed!) before setting off to explore the city. The gym was compact but very well equipped. Breakfast was mainly a la carte and delicious. Would recommend!

The hotel is great, very innovative, perfectly designed with smart electronics and great feeling, the service of the hotel was great Soft drinks in the mini bar are free of charge, and they also sent us cake and champagne for our anniversary

The restaurant and the bar is not good, The food in the restaurant of the hotel was very disappointed, the dishes is tiny and the price is relatively high, In addition, we also did not like the taste of the dishes As for the bar we also had a bad experience, we ordered a cocktail that was very bitter and we asked to sweeten it by adding juice, the barmen just added ice and said that this is the cocktail

Well what a jewel we found in the centre of Sofia. We took a chance with this new 5 star hotel and we could not have chosen better. The location was perfect as was the quality of the hotel and it's rooms. Nothing was too much for the staff who in an unassuming way we're always there on a moments notice to help you with anything. We had a wonderful time and will surely visit again, well done to all the staff especially.

The best hotel so far I stayed in Sofia. Central location, new hotel with all the facilities in contemporary style, great restaurant, very good atmosphere and stuff. Got an upgrade and compliments as it was my birthday. Really appreciate the effort of the people working there. They made my day. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful, modern and superbly located hotel... we absolutely loved our stay. The room was calm and serene...facilities were brilliant and staff super helpful.

The restaurant staff weren't entirely well trained... during breakfast they messed up our coffee order. A flat white, a cappucino and espresso macchiato were all the same! I just think this can be resolved through proper training 😃

Location was great. Architecture and interior Design is very attractive.

The breakfast was not enough detailed, very weak option. Just some fruit and one kind of egg was served. No cheese, bread or jam was served.

Really modern hotel located in a great spot near to Serdica metro station - food and breakfast great and lots included for the size of the hotel. Rooms nice and comfortable and a great shower! Staff super helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them! There are shutters on the windows if you prefer blackout too.

Modern hotel, high technology in the rooms, perfect for leisure and work travel. Very clean and quiet rooms, with all amenities to help you relax. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience!

The parking is a little difficult to enter but the staff helped us with everything we needed and more!

Everything about the Juno Hotel exceeded mine and my partner's expectations, not only as tourists but also from the perspective of architects. The clever architectural design, the attention to detail, elegant room, comfortable bed, made us feel special and made our stay, although short, better than expected.

I can't think of anything to fault this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The bed is absolutely amazing, very big and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, the staff spoke excellent English and were very polite and friendly. A great experience.
