The hotel has an excellent design. Very comfortable bed mattress and bed sheets. The staff at reception are very friendly and professional. The breakfast 🍳☕🍞arrangement is very good 👍 for 12 BGN they give a 15 BGN voucher for food and beverages at the Green Deli cafe located by the reception. The food and drinks are of good quality and a lot better than most breakfast buffets in other Sofia hotels.

The only thing I disliked is the air conditioner which I found to be too loud. I suspect the hotel pre-programmes it to be at the highest fan level which makes the room too cold for comfort and also too noisy (they should reduce the fan speed to solve this problem).

Easy to access location, walking distance from station and multiple food places. On a main road but didn’t hear any noise. Check in easy, wifi included (no trouble with connection from our room). Temp control in room easy to work. Beds comfortable but firm. Separate duvets which my sister and I appreciated! Only had 1 pillow as standard but reception more than happy to provide us with more. Only comment I’d make to be aware of is the bathroom layout is unusual and perhaps not ideal if not staying with someone you happy to toilet/bathroom facilities in front of- e.g new partner or a parent. The shower and toilet are separated by thin frosted glass with a sliding door so you can only close the shower or the toilet door at any time. And the whole thing is not sound proofed for the rest of the room at all. (See photos on the website). Receptionists lovely and let us check out an hour later than normal as that’s when we had our transfer arranged for. Called us in our room to let us know our transfer was there. Would recommend and stay again if we came back to Sofia.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in while travelling across Europe. Central location, easy to get there from the airport (and back again), near the metro, the café downstairs has a wonderful selection of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, etc... Everyone was super friendly and helpful - the hotel staff and the staff at the café. The room was big, more than enough for a solo traveller and equipped with, amongst many other things, a mini fridge, a kettle and basically had everything you need. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Sofia!

+ Location = best, this is a good spot in middle of Sofia + Everything was new and clean + Free tip: 718 Breakfast & Brunch has wonderful bagels and stuff, if you want good breakfast + Metro station is a short 7min walk away + Kaufland is 12min walk away and they have EVERYTHING (might show as Sofia Central Market in maps) + Air Conditioning

- Breakfast was included and they had this coupon system with a cafe , I did not want that and ate at 718 Breakfast & Brunch - Some problems with minibar, it's been a month, can't remember - Laundry service was kinda expensive and I just had to pay, because they don't really have Laundromats in Sofia

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower Great location in centre of Sofia - high floor rooms are quiet even overlooking the main road. Close to Vitosha Boulevard with shops and restaurants . Metro 5 mins walk and all the main sights are walking distance away. Breakfast cafe is good - friendly team and good coffee and food options.

Cafe seating a bit packed in - a couple fewer tables would give more space Reception staff gave confusing information about laundry services - I found my own place about 10mins walk a way Breakfast voucher system is a bit of a pain - we had to ask for our vouchers every day rather than just giving our room number. And the value of the voucher is not quite enough for the prices in the cafe. A roof terrace/bar would be a great addition - convert the penthouse apartment and let everyone benefit from the view!

Good location. About 5 mins walk from Serdika and Vitosha Boulevard. I was in the Standard Double Room - and it is very basic (all amenities as described). Its clearly newly built and very clean. The windows open so the room is not stuffy. USB and C type charging stations on the bed side tables so you don't need EU converters. There is a Green Deli cafe adjoined to the properly which has very good coffee and breakfast options and salads etc. Staff is helpful and they have storage facility where you can leave luggage.

Minor inconveniences, the room is exactly as described so this is not something they promised and didn't deliver. The toiletries are very basic - only a common handwash/shampoo/bodywash - and there is no place to put your own toiletries in the shower. There are no kettles or tea/coffee provision in the room or even like a common one at reception. There is no place to hang clothes in the toilet so you have nowhere to hang towels for drying or even to hang hand towel. I personally do not like open toilets - however this is more of a preference than a concern.

The location was PERFECT, it was close to everything, the city center is 5 min walk away, and a metro station is about 4 mins away. You can even use M4 to go to/from the airport. Very convenient. The coffee shop has great coffee, and even seasonal flavors which was very fun to try out. And the staff was amazing, they helped with everything, always have a smile, and are very nice in general.

Pillows are not very comfortable, but not so bad. I would have added a breakfast option as well, but for us it was manageable since a lot of restaurants and coffee shops where near by. The last night, at around 8AM, some one entered the room without knocking, which shocked me but he quickly apologized and moved on, I don’t think it was malicious though but worth adding here.

The hotel is super central, just a few steps from Vitosha Boulevard, the main pedestrian street in the city. It’s modern, nice, with well-furnished rooms, and even the view of some city buildings is quite pleasant. The best part is definitely the reception staff – the girls are always ready to help and give you great suggestions.

The only tiny downside was that one towel was slightly dirty, but it was immediately replaced. Overall, it didn’t take away anything from the experience – the place is efficient and really enjoyable.

The hotel has a small entrance thats easy to find but due to not having a bar it feels very private which is a big plus. All rooms are new and modern, I booked two rooms for me and a friend, a deluxe and a standard double, deluxe definately worth the money with a sizeable differance in floor space and a fantastic full wet room bathroom rather than a slidable door at the side of the room, although both were set out really well. The temperature is controlled in your room rather than remotely at the front desk. The location is really great, a cafe next door for breakfast with shops and restaurants near by. This is very close to the main station that goes directly to the airport For those wanting to do excursions, the companies we used all picked up in the same place which is around a 10-15 min walk from the hotel which is great, ive had to do 35-45 minute walks in other cities. The staff were all really nice

- No inside lock on the door - Its a double bed but two single duvets on there, not sure if this is common to bulgaria but not had it before and didnt feel right. - The plumbing being connected somehow, I can hear my neighbours flushing the toilets, turning on their showers almost as if its in my room which was rare at night but startled me the first time it happened

The hotel is at the heart of Sofia City. Clean, comfortable and safe place under the cutest ladies management. This is our second time in the same hotel and we definitely will be visiting again! There is a nearby parking lot with security which you can daily or hourly pay. All of the front desk personnel is fluent in English. At our first tour we came with our car and used the paid parking lot. At our second trip we came with a bus and landed on “Sofia Bus Station Serdika”, used the metro line (Vitosha Direction) from “Central Railway Station” stop which was 5 minutes of walk to hop on and you pass 2 stops and then hop off at “Serdika Station” stop. Following 4 minutes of walk, arriving in total 12 minutes. Perfect!

We can’t tell a bad thing about this place.
