1.The location of the hotel was great. Situated in the centre, in a quiet surroundings and a 10-minute-walk from most of the prominent landmarks and Serdika metro station. The bus station is a 20-minute-walk from the hotel. 2.The breakfast was basic but really tasty. The kids enjoyed the scrambled eggs and blueberry jam 😊 and the coffee was strong ☕ 4. We could sleep well, the beds were comfortable and it was not noisy. You could hear the neighbours from time to time but nothing serious. 5. There was a water cooker and some coffee and tea. 6. The stay was overall fine - we only spent the evenings/nights in the hotel as we were sightseeing during the day and found our stay pretty much enjoyable.

The Internet connection was lost one evening but luckily restored in the morning. Also, the hotel boasts 4 stars. Based on my subjective opinion and experience, I would give it 3 stars.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms with big comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious and clean as well. Breakfast had lots of choices (coffee , tea , eggs , salami , cheese , fresh fruits...) Excellent breakfast and restaurants, friendly staff. Best value for money in city center of sofia. The hotel location its very nice being very close to city center. The rooms are very very big and very clean. The breakfast is amazing. It was a great choice for Sofia. We will come again while passing Sofia.

We already stay many times at the "Sveta Sofia Hotel" and we love it so much. Location is great, near subway station and central street "Vitosha". Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, it has everything you need: eggs, fruit and vegetables, cheese yogurt, juice and coffee .. Great value hotel. Everything was perfect. We had a lovely stay! Waiting to come again ❤️

There were no "big" or "critical issues." But: 1) We came to the beginning of breakfast (7:30). But there were 50 people there already. And only half of the food was present. One coffee machine with a line of 20 people :( 2) The room was a little bit "tired." Everything was clean but used a lot 3) Bad sound isolation. We heard nearby rooms pretty well.

Sveta Sofia Hotel graciously stepped in to help after a cancellation by another booking. Reception staff are brilliant; very welcoming and friendly... wonderfully rosy even with our 12.30am arrival. The City Centre location near Serdica was perfect for us.

I can understand all the reasons why breakfasts are not allowed up in the room. We had to leave quite early in the morning so my partner could not come down to have breakfast. Probably, not allowed but I did take the liberty to make her a sandwich at the breakfast table and wrapped it up well for the long coach journey; it was spot on.

I spend two days in this very cozy hotel in Sofia, the front desk service was very helpful to accommodate me to change to a different room to my liking..assist with anything you can possibly need..I definitely recommend this place

There is always one person at the front desk who seem like, she didn’t not want to be there, she was rude and mean to everyone..her name was DIANA If you see that young lady , if you have to avoid and ask help to someone else

The Hotel is easy to find along a pedestrian road, about 10 minutes walk from the Metro Station. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The air con was good but maybe a little noisy. Check-in was very smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar in the hotel wasn't open during our stay but just along the road was the Barila Bar run by Vladamir who provided us with cold beer and snacks.

This hotel is located in the city center, near the synagogue. In the vicinity there is a walking zone with many shops, cafes and the Woman Market. During the night, this part of Sofia is very quiet and there is no noise. The level of this hotel is very high, with a helping and friendly staff. On my next travel to Sofia, I will certainly stay again in this hotel.

The location is very good. The staff is excellent especially Diyana at the reception who is always ready to help us in all our needs. Also a shoutout to all the reception staff who are fantastic too. One staff even packed for us so much food when we had to leave early for our tour. The exceptional service and location, we will not hesitate to come back again.

It's in the city center so you have access to everything in minutes, within walking distance :) The breakfast was decent. And the room was spacious.

It's an old building that has not recently been renovated and you can see that. Parking is limited, even though they are collaborating with a parking lot nearby, and it costs.
