Location was perfect: adjacent to public transportation and close to major attractions, pedestrian areas and dining. Front desk was very helpful. Cleanliness of the room and especially bathroom was wonderful. Storage of luggage was very helpful. Availability of ground level accommodation for mobility impaired. Shower water pressure/temperature were excellent. A/C worked well. Quiet. Nonsmoking. Excellent value.

Shampoo and shower gel wasn’t restocked. There could be a shelf in the shower for razors, bottles, etc. Housekeeping left the room window open. Since we were on the ground floor, we did have concerns about security. Chair in room was uncomfortably low.

This is our Home Hotel in Sofia, Every time we visit as a couple in Sofia, we are staying at this hotel. It's clean, The stuff recognize us, and the location (in our opinion) is the BEST, near everything, very easy to travel from and to the hotel (it is 2 minutes from the main station Serdika, and 5 minutes walking to VIthosa Blv.), it is a walking distance from the market, and on the near street there are many tram lines) Best value for money

The shower is in Bulgarian style (not closed and without curtain) so after shower all is wet (toilets and shower are in the same space)

The front desk staff here were very friendly and gave us great suggestions on local sights and events to check out when we arrived. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and very appreciated after a long and stressful day of travel

The only thing that could have made the room better would be the inclusion of a mini fridge and kettle for boiling water for tea in the morning. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can buy a coffee in the morning however.

The hotel is in a great location. It is in a very central place. The room size was quite sufficient. The items inside were sufficient.Hotel staff was helpful when checking in in the evening.

The only thing missing in the room was the absence of a hair dryer in the bathroom.We asked and taked for the hair dryer from the reception. There is no free parking.I parked my car,on the closed street in front of the hotel, but the tire of my car was locked in the morning. We asked the police for help and the municipal officials opened the lock in exchange for money. In order not to be punished, it was necessary to send an SMS from a Bulgarian mobile phone. But when we were tourists, we did not have such a phone. This needs attention.

The entrance might not be appealing but once you are inside, you have a clean room with comfortable bed. The bath rom seems to be newly renovated. The check in is quick and the staff are nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Most attractions are within walking distance and the metro station is just a step away.

The coffee/tea is not free

Excellent location, right next to Serdika Metro for direct trains to/from Airport. Everything within walking distance of hotel. Rooms are quite modern, basic but comfortable enough. There is a bit of street noise but not too bad at all.

There are low beams, there was one immediately above the bathroom sink which I hit my head on as it is tiled plain white like the rest of the bathroom and blends in with the walls. It really needs yellow and black warning tape on it.

Location was central to everything. The hotel front and street themselves look a little dodgy, but it's actually perfectly located. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning works well. Staff are friendly also.

The rooms are very old with peeling wallpaper and stains on the roof, but because it is very clean it feels ok.

The location is absolutely fantastic, the room was a little outdated, but so clean and room was serviced every day. It had air conditioning which was great in the hot weather, and a fridge and safe in the room.

No kettle in the room. Hot water is available for a small fee.

nice place, basic but I'm not spoiled, more then expected for such a perfect location and reasonable price, very friendly and helpful stuff and as a bonus I really enjoyed the spa after a long day!
