The hotel is located in the city center, clean and comfortable. What truly sets it apart from other hotels is the wonderful receptionist, Gabriela. Exceptionally kind and accommodating, she goes the extra mile to fulfill guests' wishes, putting in extra effort through communication, finding the perfect room, and being proactive. The place is very well located, close to the city center. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the breakfast offered a good variety to choose from.

The parking - there are 2 options: one underground parking right next to the hotel which offers very few parking lots and is a little bit too tight and expensive (40 BGN/night) and another underground parking about 500 m from the hotel (20 BGN/night) - a bit too far (you have to carry your luggage from the parking to the hotel, as in front of the hotel there is no place you can stop the car and drop off your bags).

The location was just a short distance from the Central bus station, and all public transportation was extremely convenient. Buy the transportation card as it is a bargain for all modes of transporation located just out the front door! The breakfast was super outstanding, with any kind of food selection one could imagine. The waiters kept the tables prepared, and all food dishes replenished.

The young man that greeted us the first night was so rude, even though we called ahead of time to alert the front desk of the bus delays. However, the following times when we talked to others at the front desk they were very nice and totally professional.

What I really liked about this property was the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced the overall experience, making me feel valued and well taken care of. The atmosphere of the property was inviting and peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind.

The breakfast at the property wasn’t bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the selection was decent, the overall freshness and flavor could be enhanced to make it more enjoyable. Some of the items felt a bit standard, and with a little more attention to quality and taste, it could truly stand out. With a few upgrades, the breakfast could easily go from acceptable to memorable.

The hotel is in a good place so close to everything to visit and too much restaurant! The staff is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast it’s so good and so much choice. The room is big and comfortable.

Centrally located, at foot distance from most turistic attractions and the pedestrian area. The room has a good size and the bathroom is tiny but well shaped.

The room was staring the road so it was a bit noisy because of the traffic, also the music from the corridor was a bit bothering. There is no loading area in front of the hotel and if you come by car you have to manage the operation on the sidewalk, being in a crowded street. There is no lobby bar, you can order drinks from the restaurant, but it closes at 10pm. There is no free water in the room.

The hotel is well-located for the tourist sights of the town. It is a few hundred meters from a metro station, which provides an easy route to and from the airport. We used a taxi to get to the bus station. We stayed in a modern part of the hotel - the bedrooms were accessed via the door to the side of reception. They were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet and was just fine. We ate dinner at the hotel and that was a good meal in pleasant surroundings and not expensive considering it was at a hotel in the centre of a capital city

Hotel foyer was inviting and the decoration was in good condition. Room was very clean and it certainly looked as if all the public spaces had just been refurbished? All in all I was very happy.

On the downside, the AC was set on 29 degrees when I entered the room, it was just far too hot and although I turned it down to 18 degrees (the lowest setting) I couldn't actually turn it off! Also the breakfast was a little disappointing in that the scrambled egg was not at its best and the fired eggs were inedible, dried up, hard, yolks had skinned, appalling really. I'm sure fried eggs could be done to order?

The hotel has a great location with walking distance to the main sights, as well as to the pedestrian street Vitosha Boulevard with its shops and restaurants. The room was clean, there was a great shower. Staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. I appreciated that I could change euros to levas at the hotel.

I had some problems with small black bugs in the bathroom the third night (I stayed for four nights). The bugs was only a few, but anyway. I told the reception about it and they send a cleener, still there was a few bugs the next night. I don't want to make a big issue of this, but it is not nice to have ”unexpected guests” at the night. Whitout this problem I should give the hotel 5 stars, now only 4 stars.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with excellent shower. Good (free) wifi, everything very clean. Location was convenient, only a few minutes walk to Serdika metro station and only about 10-20 minutes walk to all the restaurants and main sights of the city.

Electricity kept on going off, usually for a few seconds or so, but annoying. Breakfast was OK but was hoping for better - cooked food and pastries looked unappetising, however there was a good selection of fresh and dried fruit.
