Great location, not bad equipment overall (though dated), an AC - helped a lot during big heat. Good for few days' stay, the price is affordable, and if you don't expect miracles, you're not going to be disappointed.

It's actually my first time experiencing a bathroom that combines shower with toilet - not a big problem by itself, but if you need to use the toilet or brush your teeth a couple of hours after you've taken a shower, your feet are going to be wet, and the air will still be humid - very impractical.

We had everything we needed. And everything was working. The facilities didn't include a fridge but the room had one. everything was working. We asked if we could have a room with a balcony for smoking and we were delighted to the size and coziness of it. We enjoyed our stay. It was high value stay for its low price and good location next to a station the city center and a big chain supermarket. The staff was very polite and did not disturb us once. The fact that we could leave our bags at reception after checkout for free was also very useful.

We didn't appreciate that the walls were very thin and our neighbors sounded as loud as if they were with us. Also that the neighbors window was almost like a door to our balcony if they wanted to cone over. That felt like a privacy issue.

Locatios is good. Hotel is safe (did not have any safety issue) Bed is comfortable.

should be more clean. speacially details (under the beds etc...) in our last day from morning to another morning there was no electricity power. (almost 24 hour) so we had no internet,light,shower nothing bcs all depends to power. We work remotly and this what happened really ruined our last day of stay there. Things that we bought for fridge (cheese,salami etc) gone bad and we trushed them. we sat in the dark. no electricity at all. it was unacceptable. but he did not even contact us and say sorry for the our last day. we totally stayed 3 day. we never seen him in check out too. beside of this power issue everything was kinda acceptable.

- location is quite comfortable and easy to reach some of the most important sightseeing's of Sofia; - apartment was with good size, clean, warm and we had all necessary amenities. - bathroom was clean and spacious with good light;

- the staff wasn't super polite, not even watching in my eyes while talking or simple smile. - it had a strange smell in the hallways, I trust maybe from other guests who were cooking, however it maybe that the aspirators didn't work well.

Really good location and in the centre of many shops and markets. The room had a balcony with an amazing view of a mosque the room had air-conditioning. They were also allowed to leave our bags at reception until quite late after we had checked out.

The air conditioning had a bit of a smoky cigarette smell when first turned on, but not a huge problem.

The location is fantastic, a couple blocks away from Serdica metro station, and at walking distance of the main attractions of Downtowm Sofia. The staff was pleasant and helpful, available for any issues one might have. All in all, excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay again with them.

The bathroom did not have a shower. While it does have a showerhead that can be connected to the sink (and there is hot water), it would be limited to sponge bath, and one might not be inclined to deal with the logistics of it.

The hostel is very well located, in an area that is very interesting and close to a lot of tourist sites. Our room had a little balcony which was nice. The room had a TV which we didn't use and aircon which was very useful. The bed was quite comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Everything is a little shabby, for example there was water damage in the bathroom and the wardrobe was falling apart. The room needed a bit of deep cleaning. We were not big fans of the shower, but we had a similar set up ( wet room rather than a separate shower) in other places we stayed in in Bulgaria. It was, however, good value for money due to the location.

Excellent budget hotel just steps away from everything interesting in Sofia. 15 minute walk to the train and bus station plus you can take the Metro just steps away from the hotel. Great wifi, hot water and comfortable bed, what else could you ever want or need?!

We reserved Scotty's for our second time already having the great experience the first time we were there. Great location (close to Serdika metro station and other bus/trolley stations). They were very flexible towards us, even though our arrival time was in the middle of the night (cause of our flight). Easy communication, clean environment, we're quite satisfied.

The place is perfect for rest, cozy and calm in a top location from restaurants and the beach only 150 meters from the beach, and 8 meters from restaurants, ice cream shops.The room is perfect with a plasma TV, the bathroom is at a super level, they also have a laundry room where they can serve you, change towels and take care of everything you need
