Just 15 min walk to the bus/train station and at the same time close to the city center. The managers are very friendly and helpful. The room design is nice, the bed was comfortable, there was enough space and daylight. The room faces the backyard, so it is quiet. Really good value for money.

There was no shampoo, the design of the shower is a bit tricky (the floor will be always wet); it is not possible to switch off the light in the bathroom (it goes off after some time); unfortunately the guests before us smoked in the bathroom, so the smell was not pleasant, but we understand that there is nothing the hotel staff can do about it.

Thanks to Diana , at the reception, for making me feel welcome and making sure my stay is comfortable offering advice if and when needed.thanks a lot 😀 The location of the hotel is perfect , so central and well connected , within walking distance of buses, metro, station,all amenities plus most central attractions in Sofia . The room is spacious and clean , towels, hairdryer provided as well as a mini fridge and tv plus free WiFi. Clean and easy to use shower and hot water all the time . Also, air con to keep the room cool . I will definitely be going back there !

Room was decorated in a modern style and all quite tasteful and clean. Air con kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Helpful staff, allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours during the day as we were leaving by the night train. Good location - just about walking distance from bus and train stations if you can carry your luggage, and not far from the main sights.

Communication prior to check-in needs reviewing. I gave a check-in time of 14:00 to 15:00 and immediately received a message saying late check-in wasn't possible. I didn't want a late check-in! So I said this and was told that was an automated message. Now I'm pretty sure that those messages can be configured. I later received two more messages via booking.com and a WhatsApp message asking me again for my check-in time, so this was all getting pretty irritating by the time I actually arrived.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Location was very good: a few minutes walk from the bus and train station, and a short walk to the main tourist attractions. Located on a street with different restaurants, bars, bakeries etc. The room was comfortable if basic. Quiet. Wifi works OK.

The bathroom is very small and you will get water everywhere, also impossible to dry towels etc in the bathroom as everything stays damp. No coffee or tea provided but there is a kettle for boiling water.

While it seemed at first that the busy street would have caused noise at night, the rooms are actually in a building behind the one facing the street, so that was really nice. The facilities were nicely renovated, well kept and the staff was very friendly.

Was a little bit hard to find. While there is a huge sign at the facade, this is not the entrance, and the building looks abandoned, with sleeping places for homeless people in front of the windows. The entrance is instead a door right next to it. Just a sign or an arrow on the big windows would've helped.

+ Very clean + the location was really comfortable to the bus station + to the metro which takes you everywhere; + there was a Billa shop 1 min away and all types of shops for snacks + polite staff - both in-person and over the phone + beautiful garden with self-made benches + the bed was comfortable

The only thing is that in the morning when people were checking out, when they were packing and moving their suitcases you could hear them a lot - so the place is not good for someone who would like to sleep in or be on a vacation, but for people who are there for a work trip it is perfect.

Spacious, nice to have a couch, a fridge and a desk/ table. Bed ok comfortable. Great location - really quiet as the building is not the one on the street front, but behind it with a courtyard in between, close to supermarket, attractions, restaurants, pharmacy, tram stop right outside etc.

Some issues with the water in our room - when the tap was on or the overhead shower was on, water also came out of the handheld shower. The shower was just onto the bathroom floor - perhaps usual Bulgarian style but for us it was a bit strange as the floor was wet when you went to the toilet.

The location was a walkable distance from the old part of the town. There are many cafes and food options around. The lady checking us out was friendly and we were able to keep our baggage there for a bit. Our room was quiet.

There were some stains on the linen, it was impossible to come in from the door with 2 people together as there was this weird narrow access point. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so after the shower, you can pretty much walk around only barefoot if you don't want to get your socks wet afterward.

Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The beds are very comfortable. Great to have a kettle in the rooms. The courtyard is also nice with pallet benches. The location is walking distance from bus station, plenty of ATMs, Cafe 1920 great for brunch and walking distance to many sights in Sofia e.g. ancient Rome ruins of Serdika. This is the best quality hostel I have stayed in for a long time and best on this trip! It is more of a hotel than hostel as no communal kitchens, etc so consider it comfortable for couples and older travellers. Secure entrance and easy check-in.

The location was great, I really liked the neighbourhood. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't tell what it's like. The lady at the reception was really nice and very helpful about where to eat, to change money etc. And the cleaning ladies are very sweet.

I didn't like the mattress, it was too soft for me, but than again it is only my preference. Secondly, the people in rooms on my floor were too loud. I guess it has to do with the fact that the building with rooms for guests is separated from the reception with a yard.
