The location was great, the room we booked was basic but nice. The pillows were too big so I had to lay my head on the towels but no problem. Bathroom was clean. The garden of the place is like a museum of Communism with many iconic items. The lady who owns the place is extremely kind and she recommended a great restaurant nearby where good and inexpensive food was to be had with live music and dancing!

Our host has a private house and an orchard so we did not feel we were in the city even though the hotel is just ten minutes from Serdika where Vitosha Boulevard starts.Lion's Bridge area is very beautiful and it is just one stop by Metro from the Railway and Bus Station. The bad thing-as in all poor EU countries Greece included - is that municipalities could not care less about the road quality in the city centre so this is something disappointing for Sofia altogether. There is everything one needs in the room and it is very quiet. There is a tea and coffee ☕ possibility in the room. Very beautiful Asian soap in the bathroom.

Would be great if the owner opens the second hotel apartment somewhere closer to Greece so everyone could feel her hospitality and care.We are truly grateful for our stay.

We had a large room with everything you would want including a kitchenette, just right for 2 people. Location is perfect being just a few minutes from Lion Bridge metro, a short walk to the train and bus station and in the other direction another short walk to the market and into the centre of Sofia. So all central things to do are walkable. A quiet residential location and very helpful host

The shower attachment was broken so you had to hold it yourself and the water does not drain away very fast so the whole bathroom is under water for a while. But a minor distraction

they upgraded us to a self contained flat, at no extra cost. the lady was very friendly and helpful as we arrived early in the day. our stay was for only two nights. also it was in a nice quiet area , walking distance to the city.

Definitely, the location. The hotel is located on a small and quite street, very close to the subway station and at the walking distance from the Central bus and railway stations. The host is very friendly and responsive. She provided us with a plenty of useful information. I can hardly imagine better solution for a one night stay before/after a flight or any other mean of transportation.

The rooms and bathrooms are rather small and basic. But they perfectly fit the price, so, personally, I have no complaints.

Perfect locations. Close to the highlights of Sofia and at the same time very close to the central bus station and train station. Rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Checkin and checkout were spotless. Shower and bathroom were everything we needed. Very happy to have stayed here!

The sign above the door is overgrown by leaves. Not always clear what door is the right one. A small sign on the main door would make it more easy for travellers to find the right location without staring at the GPS.

Room was clean and comfortable, not large but enough for 2 nights. Owner friendly but no English (and we had no Bulgarian). Able to store bikes inside the yard.

Minor points - the sign is quite hidden, maybe reposition it or cut away some of the foliage. I had some trouble finding it after dark. Also, teaspoon in the room please!

Best choice for Sofia. Really comfortable and it feels like being in a quiet village, not in the middle of a capital. Super quiet except for the lovely children playing at the nearby school, which is always a nice sound to have around. Very cozy and nice feeling overall. It's not a building but a family house where these apartments are located. Total harmony place

Nothing to complain. Absolutely amazing stay. Perhaps a bit far from the center for some people, but you have the tramway and it's also not far at all. Less than 15 min walking calmly

Good location close to a metro station and also near centre of town. Quiet area. Everything was as described, you get what you pay for.

There was only a socket near one of the beds - just a minor inconvenience. Would be nice to have something to mop the floor with after a shower (floor gets a tad wet)
