Worth the money. Don’t expect a luxury hotel, but the location was nice and the parking was good.

The 2 breakfasts we had were quite limited, we were there early and half the breakfast was empty. The coffee was good. Juice machine not working .

The room size was adequate and there were surfaces to put things on. There was a kettle, something other rooms on our travels through The Balkans lacked. The bathroom was quite spacious and the towels of a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too firm for me. The restaurant served a good evening meal and I can recommend the ribs - they melt away in your mouth. All staff were very helpful, especially our waitress in the restaurant. It’s only a 2-300m walk to the metro and if you explore, there’s a system of lifts if you have a suitcase, and you can just change once and get to the airport.

Breakfast was adequate but there was not as much choice as in other hotels on our travels. However, they did have English Breakfast tea to brighten my day, and fresh milk. We had a window onto the main road so we were woken up early by trams rushing by. However, if you don’t focus on it you can get back to sleep and you almost get used to it.

The hotel's location is good. Everything is within walking distance - public transport stops, and it's not far from the city center.

What I didn't like was that it was very noisy in the hotel all evening and almost until morning. From the restaurant, we could hear music in our room, then the restaurant guests continued to socialize outside in front of the hotel, and then this gathering moved to the first floor of the hotel and continued until 2:30 AM. We heard that one of the guests made a remark to this cheerful company, but there was no reaction from the hotel staff. Maybe we were just 'unlucky,' but it left an unpleasant impression of our stay at the hotel

Decent location, 25-30 minutes walk from the city centre. Has its own parking lot and electric vehicle charging station, which is free to use for customers. Room was decently sized and clean. Breakfast was also good

I did not like the attitude of the receptionist who was working when we arrived. I asked about using the charging station to which he asked me in reply "Is your vehicle electric", almost making me reply "Yes, captain obvious!". After I left the car to charge for a few hours whilst going out in the city, I came back, stopped charging from the vehicle interface and nicely pulled the cable out, as per normal procedure and moved the car to free up the charging spot if anyone else needed it. I then went in and informed the same receptionist, to which he asked me: "How did you stop the charging? Did you force the cable out?".... Also, the parking lot is in a weird location behind the hotel, in an ran-out place full of old car tyres.

Based on the photos on booking.com I was not expecting this quality. The receptionist lady upon arrival was very kind, and she has offered us an upgade to suits/apartment/family room. It was a huge room on the top floor, with a terrace, with a big bathroom, and 2 big king size beds in separate room. The bed was really comfortable. There is a restaurant in the basement, and we have recieved a perfectly grilled meat, so instead of a simpel dinner just ot bite somthnig after the travel it was an excitement. The waiter was a very kid guy. Not to forget that we were gifted by a 20% discount voucher for restaurant consumption.

In the restaurant the light is too white, less led light would result a more discrete athmosphere. The first impressino was that it is a hopsital, as there was so much light there. But it is minor remark, far not a complain.

We like the balcony it was nice.

Room was away too hot. AC was cooling itself but not the room. No mosquitoes net on the balcony door to open at least for fresh air at night. Bathroom was full of mosquitoes from previous people that have stayed. We finished with descent bites on our bodies. Receptionist was nice and polite both days. In the morning in the restaurant stuff was not welcoming and greeting people. They were just quietly doing their jobs. We stayed before and had some excellent welcoming waiters looking after us. This is why we choose to come back. Breakfast was better in the previous stay.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were very helpful. They ordered a taxi for me when needed, and answered all questions, with friendly, cheerful faces.

There were two problems with the plumbing in my room. 1. The shower temperature did not stay constant, but kept changing itself to too hot and too cold during showering, without me changing it! I kept having to jump aside and wait for it to normalise itself, again and again. 2. The toilet cistern was leaking a little bit of water into the toilet all the time, making a little noise repeatedly.

Quite well located. 20 minutes walk to Serdica or from other direction to main Cathedral. Staff were responsive to our requests.

Only one coffee machine led to a very long queue at breakfast. If catering for groups need 2 machines. Had extra nights in a larger room. It had the shower in the bath. Need a heavier quality shower curtain so that it doesn’t stick to your body.

I loved everything but the dust on the desk and the bed boards. I am allergic to dust so that's a big deal. My bathroom was very, very clean though. After 2 minutes of cleaning the dust, I stopped sneazing and went back to enjoying my stay. The staff was beyond helpful to help me and to accomodate my requests. They even arranged a dinner at their conference room for me because their restaurant was closed on that day because of an event. Location is very convenient - an easy 15 minute walk to the city center. I do not remember eating that much for breakfast because the breakfast was so delicious. I also loved that the hotel had a restaurant. Very convenient if you travel solo and in a colder season. Overall very cosy and pleasant stay. I would come back again.

The room was a bit outdated which is not a big deal foe me as my priority was the location. Also the desk, phone, etc. were dusty.

Chose the hotel mainly for the location only 350 meters from the bus station so was not expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived so late at 2.30am. We were welcomed by a very nice helpful young gentleman in a lovely hotel reception. Room was as expected fairly basic but with very comfy beds and everything we needed including a kettle with tea and coffee, also complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom was bright modern and like everything else spotlessly clean. The bedding was pristine clean crisp white cotton. We will definitely book again. Breakfast very good

Nothing to dislike everything good value for money. If anything the hallways to the rooms were a big dark
