I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers convenient luggage storage facilities, perfect if you arrive before check-in or have a late flight.

The personnel was fantastic, helpful and polite. Especially the people at the reception that they were very friendly and eager to assist us in all our needs. The hotel is modern and very clean with easy access to transportation. It consists a very good choice if you are visiting Sofia.

I'm not sure if it is a pet friendly hotel but if it's not it will be a very good addittion to its many advantages. The number of the pet owners it is growing steadily and the demand for pet friendly hotels is growing as well.

Stilish hotel, stilish room and facilities. The room is spacy, equiped with everything required for comfortable staying. The shower cabin is well isolated, so no flooded bathroom after taking a shower - amazing after several other hotels in Sofia! Delicious breakfast, many options in coffee-machine. Juice drinks might be better, however. Positive staff. Even cleaning lady speaks English, unlike it is in other hotels in Sofia. There is also sauna and a small gym. A bit noicy from outside, for that ear plugs are provided if someone has issues about normal sleeping. All the transport is at walkable distance: tram stop is near the entrance, metro 3 mins walk, railway station 5 mins walk

The only one is the area outside. I would not say that it is criminal or dangerous, not like that. But it is unpleasant. Anyway, just 2 metro stops from Serdica (city center)

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. We did use taxis at some point and taxis are cheap in Bulgaria. The hotel was small but the our room had a big space. It's not luxurious but it's not cheap looking at all. The room was facing the street. That entire side facing the street was floor to ceiling glass. Heating was great. On our first night, some ladies next to our room came really late (or was it early morning) and made a lot of noise. It was the weekend so we figured they were coming from some party. But during weekdays, no issue with noise at night because Sofia is a quiet city at night. Bathroom was also spacious with heater. Room had mini-bar. We had some sodas and wasn't expensive like most hotel would charge. Food for breakfast was great. I also ordered some lunch from the restaurant and was good, big serving. Everyone spoke English or can express themselves in English, unlike in most of Europe. Communicating with them was not a problem.

The location is good - about a mile from the Centre. Underground car park - albeit a bit tight if you have a 4x4. Is an arrangement with neighbouring hotel to use their car park if full Staff very friendly and helpful Good breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. I chose not to eat there in the evening as menu a little basic if you want to enjoy local food. Luckily there is a really good restaurant 10 mins walk away that is clearly very popular with tourists & locals alike

There is no hiding from the noise of the trams early in the morning…nothing the hotel can do about this & likely same in other hotels in the city

We were staying in this hotel for 3 nights. And i need to say - that this one of the best hotels i ever stayed in. Nice rooms with comfy beds, facilities like sauna and gym is superior. Location is not in the center, but right infront of the main railway and bus stations, also the metro right in front, within 5-10 minutes you can reach the city center. And the best part - is staff. They are really welcoming, attentive and helpful, allowed us to stay longer, so we would not wait 10 hours on the street for our bus. Especially thank you for that !

The only think that they can add to the rooms, is a bathrobes. Besides that, everything is great ! :)

Location, close to train station and not far from the city center, easy to take bus or tram to anywhere. Very kind staff. Nice breakfast, medium amount of choice, although fresh and nicely served in a quiet cosy area. Room was clean and equipped with all basic needed facilities. Not extremely luxury, but convenient and spacious. In plus, they have provided earplugs (nice!).

None. Maybe besides the scenario, when we have left our luggage for few hours after checking out (nice to have as standard in a hotel type), that was kept just nearby reception in the open space. That for sure is not 100% time overseen. Might be improved for a future.

we like the location especially🥰🥰 It's just one minute walk to the metro station and we can easily go anywhere with Metro. The breakfast was quite good quality and fantastic. We not yet tried their spa because we were quite busy but we will definitely travel to Sofia and book the same hotel again.🥰🥰🥰. Also the staffs are quite helpful and gave us good service with their BIG smiling.

The toilet and shower were not separated and its quite slippery after one of us took shower and another one of us need to go toilet and almost fell down

Public transportation options, including metro, bus, and tram, were conveniently located within a 3-minute walk, while the central station was just a 5-minute stroll away. The staff, particularly the lady at reception and service, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend B1 Boutique Hotel for a memorable stay in Sofia.

beds were not very soft

Very spacious room, clean, there is a tea table with tea and coffee supplies. Comfortable bed. There is space for suitcases and clothes. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Checked in very quickly, although we arrived late at night from the airport. After checking out, we quickly got to the bus station, the train station is nearby - the location of the hotel is very convenient

I think that in today's times, open water containers in the room are not acceptable (even though the bottles are branded and beautiful). The staff on the floors was quite noisy in the morning, but in general, the working day was already in full swing, so no complaints
