Overall a good and decent stay- however for the money per night not sure it was worth it. While the location was great, the room was smelling of smoking which I guess previous people who stayed in smoked in so I was trying to sleep with the windows open in order to be able to sleep without the bad smoking smell that was embodied in the flat. The toilet sit wasn’t that clean- and when I tried using the plates one of it was dirty like it was never cleaned. There was a massive balcony which was not cleaned and there was no table or chairs to enjoy the balcony itself. Overall though great location- easy to find- easy to find the keys and safe area

Extremely clean and modern apartment hotel with a large terrace. It is also fully equipped with everything you need for a long and comfortable stay (AC, kitchen utensils, towels etc.). The apartment is not in the city center, but it is located right next to the central station and from the central station, you only need two short metro stops to get to the city center (less than 4 minutes travel time). Self check-in was easy and effortless. Staff are always online, and they respond to your inquiries very swiftly. Great value for your money. Highly reccommenmd

The location was very good, near the tube station, just few minutes walk and only 2 stations away from centre. The apartment was very clean, had a big terrace and it was on a very quiet street. Convenient stores nearby. Walking distance from Sardika where you can find a Women's Market with lots of stalls filled to the brim with seasonal fruit and veg. Apartment itself, nice modern building with a lift and stairs, very clean all around. Kettle and oven and fridge in the apartment. Overall, very good. Good value for money. Very nice and helpful staff also. Reception on the ground floor, easy access to the apartment after hours with code sent 2 days before.

There was no garden furniture, so we had to use kitchen chairs. Also, no washing machine or dishwasher. The washing your own dishes by hand it's fine, but doing laundry, not so much. The nearest laundromat was tube ride away. Very inconvenient and no self service one for that matter. The description of the particular apartment wasn't exactly matching. There was supposed to be balcony and terrace and there was shared terrace, no private balcony. No view of the city from the first floor. Shower had no screen so water everywhere.

Clean, comfortable apartment. Feels like home. Has parking garage on site without an additional fee. Self check-in with all the instructions provided is a time saver as well. Very quiet place for the good rest.

The duvet could be thicker as in October was too cold too sleep. The pan was old with all the Teflon scratched and there was only 1 big pot besides. So the dishes for cooking could be changed and at least 2 different size pots added.

Location was perfect. 5 Minute walk from the Central railway station as well as the Central bus station, we could see both from our 5th and 6th floor balcony. Local shops nearby and most tourist attractions and entertainment (Vitosha, bars, restaurants, night clubs) were within 20-30 minutes away by public transport. Airport is between 30 to 45 minutes away by the local metro and cost 1.60 (70 pence) to get to. Cooking facilities were adequate as we were able to make meals . Rooms were clean, spacious and for smokers a balcony overlooking the city. nothing to fault

Loved the layout. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy had everything we needed.Perfect for a couple. Lots of little extras, slippers, in bathroom sealed new hair combs, small sewing kits, vanity kit, shower caps. Location is within minutes walking distance away from sofia bus station. Nice city view from the balcony Highly recommend

Room was spacious and quite clean

I had asked for late check in but when I arrived noone was there. Tried calling the emergency contact number but had no luck. It was after I called booking that they managed to wake her and get her on the phone. All in all we spend 20 minutes in a quite cold and windy parking lot at 11pm. Not the best of greetings. Also both of us experienced an allergy burst during the night although the rooms seemed quite clean. The parking lot is full of ramps (like the ones mechanics use) which was fine for us but might trouble some.

Fantastic apartment, really large, little balcony, we had twin beds - very comfortable. Plenty of storage. Good kitchen area well equipped for short stay. We stayed an extra night as so nice! Staff very friendly and helpful. Really good to have washing machine as this was mid point of a railway tour. Television showed Wimbledon - great! It was very neat the station which was what we wanted. The area is a little run down but always felt safe! And metro really close for trips to the city - three stops! Last night we went to a local restaurant round the corner which was also good.

The appartment is great, it was clean and I liked the interior design. the stuff was amazing, Maria help us with all our needs. We were without a car so it was super easy to use public transport, the busses and the metro very close, it is a quiet neighborhood not much around.. But 5 min walk there is small supermarket for daily needs

Location with kids can be better although there is a great transportation there is nothing much around
