The hotel has all the amenities, rooms are comfortable. There is a nice spa with large pool and breakfast included in normal price. The hotel is 10-15 minutes by walk from the city center.

I was not informed there is not possible to park on the street because you need Bulgarian SIM card. I had to park in the underground parking and pay 20 euro for a day. Check in advance your parking options.

Every think is looooovely

I often stay in Ramada and know what to expect. Anyway I was surprised at the check-in with an upgrade to business-class room free of charge. Also I was pleased by manager's call who inquired whether everything is OK concerning my stay in Ramada hotel. Breakfast as always is good with variety of food. Definitely will come again.

I was very happy in our stay , it was wonderful time .and I like to thank all ,especially Mrs. TSVETELINA for finding a good room for me. The hotel is very near to the central bus station and metro .. Also not verry far from the center ... Many Halal , arab , and turkish restaurant near , also the spa ,swimming pool and Gym is wonderful .

The room is little old need some renewal but its OK and clean , had some scratch in the wall .l

The reception staff is awesome. Super friendly and supportive.

The massages need to be better. It's easy to spot if the masseus is experienced or knows what they are doing. It was hot in the night. The room temperature was like 23.5C unfortunately.

Great hotel, close to city center

You have to pay 20 euro/day to use theunderground parking of the hotel. I was not informed in advance about pricing.

Cleaning was not good, bathroom needs renovation They didn't want to turn on the air conditioning even though it was a hot day.

V nice breakfast and good to have city views from room. Location close to metro ,main bus and train station is really useful

A great hotel. We arrived by train and left by bus so a superb location. Brilliant for the sights of the city and local amenities. Clean, convenient, nicely appointed.

You allow people to check in at midday (fantastic) but don’t make a virtue of it. The receptionist told me at 11.45 to report back in 15 minutes which I thought officious. She could have told said “look fantastic, we are preparing your room, it will only be 15 mins”. I was hugely pleased to check into a big brand hotel (at a crazy knockdown price) as it was. Might was well kick my loyalty to the back of the net! If I was being a bit picky, the WiFi on the 8th floor is not the best…

Large rooms. Excellent breakfast. Pool, sauna and steam bath.
