We had a pleasant experience with the friendly receptionist, who made sure our room was ready and impeccably clean upon our arrival. She was proactive in assisting us with whatever we needed. The bathroom was spacious with hot water available. Additionally, our room was equipped with air-conditioning and a small fridge, adding to our comfort. The presence of a lift was also convenient.

While the accommodation matched its 3-star rating, we felt that some updates could enhance the overall experience. The air-conditioning unit seemed a bit outdated, and the decor could benefit from a modern touch. A refurbishment, including newer bathroom and bedroom designs, would help align the hotel's aesthetic with current trends.

First thing: very early check-in. We were in out room some time after 10am even though check-in was at 2 pm. Room was spacious and clean, we had a small balcony. Staff was very friendly. Location is great: right between the center and bus/train station. It took us some 15 min walking to get there from the station with big backpacks on out backs. Easy to find, also.

There seems to be backyard that would be great sitting place if taken care of, but the accommodation itself was very good.

a little dilapidated, but for this price more than normal. those who are looking for 35 euros 5 stars success in their search. refrigerator and air conditioner working, hot water 24 hours, quite clean and quiet. wi-fi is weak, but my room was far from the router. there is an elevator. is no kettle and glasses, but there is a shop and coffee nearby.

The lady at reception were very helpful and friendly. We could leave our luggage there the next day after we booked out as our flight as only at 9pm. The room was comfortable. The view from the large balcony was pretty. It is real value for money.

The shared bathroom but they had no rooms available anymore with a private bathroom. However it was a clean bathroom.

Low cost option, no frills, clean and safe. Attended the Wagner Ring Cycle and the opera house is nearby. Location excellent for seeing the city center. Special thanks to Margarite for her kind assistance.

Was only briefly staying in Sofia but can praise the hotel for very easy check in, working Wi-Fi, flexible with checking out and had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay in Bulgaria. I was able to watch Netflix and football in peace before checking out early next morning.

I guess the comfort/size of the room aren't amazing but it was good value for money and fitted what I required. The door to the balcony was a bit dodgy and I didn't want to risk leaving it open overnight for the bug life of Bulgaria to cuddle up to me, I couldn't work the AC (my fault not theirs) and of course that led to a situation where the room was roasting and didn't get the most peaceful sleep. That being said if I was ever back in Sofia, I would have no hesitation choosing this hotel.

Was upgraded to a superb front of house room with balcony and excellent bathroom. What a nice surprise. Have stayed here in the past and look forward to staying in the future. Great location,

Nothing to dislike

The space, two balconies, good location, the room was enough clean

In our room we had a problem with light, no hairdryer, after taking a shower there's water everywhere in bathroom, because the door of shower cannot be closed

the room was huge and the balcony was really amazing with views over the neighborhood. we also had a fridge which was a plus. the staff were extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. lots of shops nearby, close to the train station and city center.

we did miss glasses in the room but the receptionist was always ready to help us

Location & staff. Ability to store our bag while we took a quick trip outside Bulgaria. Amazing host. Gave us great recommendation for a restaurant.
