I'm classical backpacker, and used to hostels, so this apartment suited me well. but I'm sure it's not for everyone. I arrived very late around midnight, later than I expected, and the host waited for me in the apartment, and explained everything. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast (boiled egg and croissant) is satisfying for the price you pay.

The communication with the host can be better. I made a reservation about two weeks before arrival, and asked for a contact number and/or detailed explanation how to get to the building or the apartment. I got it only , when I already was in the airport on my way to the city center. with problems with cellular connection. Of course it's my responsibility to buy a simcard on arrival, but the information should be provided earlier. At the end it was easy to find and to get in. The windows of my room faced the central street, and I love to sleep with open window, so the noise from busy street was heard pretty early. If you love to sleep in the morning, it can be critical. I only spent the night and left early, so it wasn't big issue for me.

One lady single handed , managing and operating the hotel a lone , I really admire her , I have not seen anyone else helping her , moreover , she’s been in the holy land . the location is fabulous 5 min walk to the left to Billa supermarket and sushi restaurant next to it , 10 min strait line to the hart of sofia , the hotel itself , was very clean , most important , no bed bugs which they terrorize anyone during his sleep , I had this experience in hotel ring, located next to the roundabout of 4 lions . The building itself is old and it has huge windows , I had good view of the main street It has TV with many channels I just could not worked it out how to operate them , I was only there for 2 days Big sheared fridge and coffee machine, however the washing machine can be used for small fee internet connection was very fast and reliable

the elevator to the 2nd floor , was old still it works part time , even when doors are shut properly , sometimes it doesn't work

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need. Overall, my stay at was truly delightful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

The location was perfect, about 10 mins walk to Serdika station and there is a supermarket (Billa), local bakery and even a ramen place nearby. It is also a short walk to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The hosts were friendly and the place was very warm even in January when it's -10 degrees outside. The breakfast included was a boiled egg and a croissant. Overall Couldn't complaint at all for the price and its a good budget choice.

Instruction to check in or get into the property can be better, i.e. how to get inside the apartment and also prepare to pay in cash as I had to call the host, but it was quick and easy and they spoke English well.

The room was large, bed is comfortable. You have all you need. The location is central, 13 min walk until Vitosha bulevard. It was quiet during the night. The flat has many decorations and plants and aquariums with fish.

During the night it is quite much light from the big windows, I usually sleep well when it's dark. Also, bathroom was next to my room and you hear everytime someone comes. It was dusty everywhere. The floor was very noisy when walking, being a very old building. However, for this price and overall, it is okay if you have polite roommates. I had luck with them, the shared bathroom was always clean. As an advice, it's good to pay when arriving,to get rid of a worry.

Loved the location and the room I was in. Easy access to bathroom with shower and toiletries, and to a kitchen. The place was easy to find, and a key was left out for mecin a keybox as I arrived late.

There is no 24/7 front desk like it says on here there will be. I didn’t see any staff during the day either. The key to my room was hard to make work - when coming back from being outside it took me 10 minutes to be able to unlock my door.

Breakfast, is kinda okayish for this price: a boiled egg and a chocolate croissant. Coffee/tea for your choice. Chicory (tsikoria) was also offered, but was so awfully old, so I trashed it. Room: I got a nice big room with king's size bed. Bathrooms are clean. A few aquariums with fish. A property is old, so it's kinda has a history.

Room: I got street-view room. The room was good, the view is good, but for some reason it was a bit noisy, I think the windows are bit loose. Not bad, just a fact: in the room was a table, but near the table weren't any wall sockets. The hall, the kitchen was very dusty at some places. Probably, a bit of a woman's touch could help the property. Both aquariums looks dirty on the glasses.

This is our preferred place to stay when we go to or through Sofia. An excellent central location and value for money. Close to 2 metro stations, many attractions, and quite comfortable. Enough showers and toilets for the number of people staying. Nice owners.

If you want everything to be spic and span - and don't mind paying for it - then this isn't for you. For us it's good and comfortable enough.

Very affordable and in a good central location. I was able to self check in after being late from my flight, easy to follow instructions. The bed was comfy and the sheets freshly washed. Use of toilet and kitchen. Didn't have time to check the wifi. Polite staff. Room can be locked.

Street outside can be a bit noisy when single vehicles and motorcycles cruise by.

The stay was ok. I can't call it is breakfast as is only a boiled egg and croissant. The location is good and a convenient store is just opposite side.

The host is not very friendly as he is no communicating well in advance. His message was in Bulgarian and his answer was very late.There is no one in the reception but they mentioned 24 hours reception in booking.com. Breakfast the worst as it is only a boiled egg with croissant. climbing to to it's second floor would be horrible for this with heavy luggage.
